Thats why its insidious though. Maybe some of the women will know this, maybe somebody will tell them that they can take it to a real court and get it overturned, and likely countersue, not that Jonny the Hutt has anything in the way of personal assets really, but if nobody gets in touch with them, odds are they will just quietly shut down their operations and get discouraged by this. Its why how he operates is such a cuntish move on his part. he picked soft targets that he can maybe get money out of, and if not at least bully them as he sees fit.

If Brown doesn't get that aspect of the case he is fucking blind.

He hasn't worked a legal beat as a reporter, that's for damn sure.

The only case I know of getting overturned in real court is the rape victim shelter that morgane oger defunded, vancouver rape relief. It took 11 years and more than 100,000$ to overturn the ruling. I noticed that being poor isn't a protected characteristic in the human rights charter, so there is no remedy for picking on those who are in poverty like jonathan does.

Incidentally, Oger was so mad that they lost, he successfully lobbied to have them defunded by the city. That's how much he respects the justice system - not at all. He loves it when he wins, but if he loses, he won't take no for an answer and will find some extrajudicial method to fuck with you. Want to know how vindictive troons are? ELEVEN FUCKING YEARS of this. You cross a litigious troon and you will literally never hear the end of it.

*For info: VRR had been sued by a troon because they didn't hire him to be a rape counsellor. Women didn't want this hulking manbeast in a dress getting off on talking to them after they had been raped. That case took 11 years to complete mainly because these fucking troons are like a dog with a bone when it comes to fucking up women's rights. But for those that think Canada's real courts are as stupid as the HRT, they aren't. They're real courts and for 11 years these troons appealed and fought and stomped their feet and still lost.

That was awesome. What a fucking tard. I honestly hope the tribunal is getting sick of this. I get the sense that Cousineau has almost had enough. But for real, it's not the biggest offense in the whole wide world, but it is an offense to falsely pull a fire alarm. In a big building like that, you can imagine what happened afterwards: The entire fucking tribunal building would have to evacuate while the fire department takes it seriously because they have to. No one will be allowed back inside until the fire department says it's all clear. It's a fucking government building. If you annoy a cop enough, they will find some pathetic technical infraction to hit you with. I genuinely hope he's getting close to the "arrested for minor infractions" level of annoyance here.

To whomever posted the Quillette essay by Helen Joyce, do all feminists actually believe the bullshit contained in this screenshot? There's 40 years of empirical data that shows men and women are equally abusive, physically and sexually, and men are the majority of stranger violence, not women.

The rest of the article puts forth a variety of sound and valid arguments about why we shouldn't cut JY or their enablers any slack, and then that paragraph happens. The overwhelming majority of the enablers aren't men, it's social constructionist feminists that are insisting that self-id is the only relevant threshold to declaring oneself trans. The whole problem is an internecine conflict within feminism, wherein the different versions of Marxist Feminists (intersectionalist/constructionist & radfem) are at direct odds with each other, both in theory and in activism.

Today, in a bizarre episode of the Canadaland podcast, Jesse Brown and guest co-host Zane Schwartz went out of their way to pretend the Jessica Yaniv story that has trended worldwide is just an illusion or in some way manufactured, in part by The Post Millennial, as illegitimate outrage.
Brown actually says: “There’s this trans person, this imaginary hypothetical, trans person whom transphobic reactionaries have been imagining for years. This is kind of a trans bogeyman invoked in hypothetical situations … a pervert, a predator who gets off trespassing into women’s washrooms.”
Schwartz chimes in: “There has been no evidence to suggest it exists. … It’s a convenient fiction.”

I'm not sure why they felt the need to weigh in on this issue which only has tenuous connections to religious freedom issues. I guess "fake tranny is a pedophile!!" is too good to pass up.
