I don’t see this leading directly to any serious consequences, but Yaniv likes to push his luck. If he’s told to behave, guaranteed he won’t.
 
Yeah I really fucking hope Canada doesnt Canada should it come to imprisoning him for any serious length of time, because him being unleashed into a female prison would result in him immediately zoning in on the most vulnerable and non violent prisoners he can find and victimising them in whatever petty or sickfuck way he can, especially if they are unfortunate enough to be non-white.

Might be the optimist in me speaking, but I honestly think he'd get his blobby loon face kicked in on the regular even in a female facility. I doubt he'd have much of a chance to prey on anyone, given that there's no reason (like fear of social ostracization, etc.) for inmates to placate or even just tolerate him the way he's used to.

The realist in me, however, doubts that he'll ever even end up in a prison in the first place.

Don’t quote me on this as I’m still trying to find the exact wording but I’m pretty sure in another Anglo country they have a rule on what to do with a m2f trans person in prison.

It’s something like “if you have identifiably male genitalia then you cannot be placed in a female prison”

Still trying to find this in writing but it makes sense on a logical level as a dick is practically a weapon inside a jail
 
Yaniv is not going to do any jail time OR lose his property. Everyone is being so extra.
There's a billion ways to skirt the conviction on this, it's not exactly crime of the century.
You'll have to bait him into murder to get anything like that....

This is great news for one reason; he's now facing multiple charges from multiple incidents. Now that he's got a second charge before the court, considering both of the charged actions are on film, he's gonna be convicted of multiple crimes.

Why is that important you ask? Sentencing. For whichever of the charges is tried second, he won't be treated as a first time offender.

This means a longer sentence and since they're both crimes involving violence, a section 109 weapons prohibition.

Unfortunately, there was a case about a year ago where a dude who sexually exploited mentally handicapped women petitioned the court to get transferred to a woman's prison and succeeded. Judge wasn't happy about doing it, but his hands were tied.
If Yaniv doesn't get sent to a women's facility, he can bring a motion forward to get transferred there. Unfortunate, but it's the state of things here.
 
I can imagine it now; if he gets transferred to a whamens prison I can see him taking the prison staff to the Human Rights Tribunal die to the fact the guards wouldn't give him a proper pat-down and wouldn't give him a proper cavity check.

where i am, wouldn't matter.
low-rent black women routinely kill their men & they'd eat privileged lil jessica alive, just for amusement. esp if they heard he was picking on other minority women. wish we could ship him down south, would be some great entertainment. i'd buy tickets.

are there any mean minorities in canadian prisons? like are the native ppl testy? do they have white supremacist gangs that hate jews? canada seems so docile, can't imagine the convicts being as mean as in the USA. even the white hillbilly oxy-addict girls/hos would treat yaniv like a boytoy, a funny bird to pull the wings (or dick) off of. many of them abused their own kids for drugs, they'd love to have some fun with a spoiled, scared jewish boy.

lets hope at least some of these wild-ass gals found their way up to canadian prisons.

Club fed is club fed no matter where you are. He's likely be put in a correctional center, (state jail instead of a federal prison) which means there won't be the lifers in there, but I'm sure the blob who goes after kids and those who he hopes to cow into submission...well I'm sure that most women I've seen in the prisoner's box could and would reduce him to tears in a moment. Yaniv relies on people not fighting back in a physical encounter. That and his mom.

Thing is, he is not M2F. M2F implies a completed transition with his dick removed. When it comes to things like which prison some trans person should be sent too, I think its pretty cut and dry. Do they have a dick or not? Thanks to the absolute insane people redefining what Gender is and trying to write it into law, prisons should just change their nomenclature. Instead of Male and Female prison, instead have Penis and No Penis prisons.

Simple, effective. No matter how hard they try, its pretty hard (lol) to argue someone with a penis should go to the no penis prison. Whats really insane is we have to go to all this trouble over like, .5% of the population. If that. I remember exactly when the tranny panic started too. Literally the day after the Supreme Court ruled gays could be married. Its almost like a huge amount of non profit money was suddenly bereft of a reason to be and latched onto a new cause to justify its existence...

yaniv is brave when his bat shit crazy mother is there to fight his battles for him or to hide behind...he won't have that if ever he serves time. At the moment they seem to be together 24/7, 7/7, yaniv's gonna cry himself to sleep most nights.

Still, every cloud and all that, Petch could always arrange a conjugal visit.
