If I were Rebel I would not send tards like Keean or Menzies to cover any further developments. Maybe so of their female reporters and see what happens.

Even that may not be very long. The Canadian government let a guy who beheaded someone out of a phych ward after only a few years.

The prohib weapons charges are "gun crimes". Prohib weapons and firearms are rolled up under Part III of the CCC. Yaniv's charges are weapons charges. He's charged with 91(2) of the CCC. 91(1) - the paragraph before Yaniv's charges - is the possession of a prohibited firearm.

There is, presumably, a pending assault charge against Yaniv. The picture that should be painted is of an angry individual (anger management issues) capable of assaulting others and willing to possess, threaten, and use weapons to carry out an assault. Yaniv was already caught carrying pepper spray into the BCHRT building (surprising nothing came of that, but whatever). I'm surprised Yaniv wasn't charged with 103(1)as well. Somebody had to import those things.

I strongly suspect Yaniv is going to do some jail time. It may only be a six month stretch, but I really think it will happen.

I've never known anyone to land in jail for simple assault. Usually suspended sentence with service and a victim surcharge (ie., fine). Stay out of trouble for two years, stay sober, yadda yadda.

Not only that, he's likely to lose his property. Not that he'll need it while in jail, being fed and fucked on the taxpayer dime. Remember that he has a humiliation fetish? He'd get off anything harsh, just remember that. His cries of pain/anguish are just an act.

It's crazy how few people know just how fucked Canada really is. I've learned a lot just since starting to watch Yaniv. Seems like a paradise for rapist troons based on how Yaniv is still somehow free.

I don't think he will attend the AGM. When him and bitch mom lived in Greenside they didn't attend the last couple of AGM's before they moved because they knew how hated they were and no one cared what they had to say. This would be worse for him. Look how much money he has probably cost that strata in legal fee's. Every time that asshole raises a stink the strata would have to check with their lawyers. He and his mother cost the strata a fortune in legal fee's in Greenside. It even got to the point where Mariam had the balls to call the strata's lawyer herself. She and the lawyer were told immediately that the strata would not be paying for that. I really don't think he'll show. He only went to these things when he thought people liked him and wanted to hear what he had to say. He always wanted people to think he was important, especially with those stupid glasses. After my husband told him exactly what would happen to him if he ever sent us another pizza, he never came to another AGM. Ultimately, he's a craven coward.

(sigh) Just like with Americans, Brits, any other western nation: it depends on the person, the circumstances and the severity of the assault.

Considering Yaniv didn't hurt the guy badly and has no previous history of criminal assault convictions with all this shit coming in very close order, he likely will get a suspended sentence and community service. It's not like he's much of a threat to anything not a box of tampons or a bucket of ice cream. His punches were pathetic and nearly anyone except a reporter who was recording at the time would have dropped him with a single counter-punch to the face.

It will take the civil trial to hold him seriously accountable. I don't really like rebel media but even I'll kick in a few bucks for the 'Sue Yaniv' fund.

No, it's crazy how a few people are building a very false idea of Canada because of this fucking clownshow involving Yaniv. Even in America you can't just lock up a loon because he's a loon.

Yaniv is a schemer and a pervert who is (he thinks) cleverly gaming the system with the loopholes a few screaming troons have carved out of it, but in reality he's fucking it for the rest of the troons. B.C. is hitting peak troon very quickly, and within years freaks like the Rogaine Ogre will be PNG in any political arena, which is why he's turned against Yaniv in the first place.

Anyway, in the greater scheme of things, Yaniv is harmless. He makes a lot of noise, and he pervs out on Teenage girls. Well fuck me, welcome to the Internet!

People who actually harm and rape women, they go to prison. They don't always come out, especially if they were a kiddie fiddler. Canadian prisons are not nice places. So let's not be stupid.
