For some nights ahead, I will be fighting off what it would be like to teach an anger management class. Even one that does not include Yaniv. The insomnia commences...
 
He could literally murder the next journalist with his bare hands and they'd give him a rosette for smashing the cishet whites.

Our favourite trans goddess is not seeing the inside of a cell any time soon.

He'd be clocked with an Assault with a weapon charge if prosecution included the previous incident of Yaniv menacing/hitting the Rebel guy with his cane. This could reasonably go to pattern, which could be used to justify a remand order pending trial. He's a pretend lawyer, so if he even qualifies for state funding, he'll turn it down and likely start a fundraiser to fund his own personal defence.

Yaniv is still on his original PTA, which had no conditions but to attend court at the appointed place and time.

I've attached the entire fax dated 2019Dec19, and the registry just confirmed that nothing has changed. The standard terms for Keep the Peace are usually only issued when it was an in-custody matter, when released from court. Don't get your hopes up, but I probably won't be able to follow up when the management kills off this avatar. The usual contact info remains.

Peace out guys, pay attention to tomorrow's appearance, right? Smith should get bail, but it'd be nice if somebody made attendance tomorrow at the appearance, even if to catch the walking potato gawking at Donnie.

If you're looking for length of incarceration, some form of mental health detention might fit the bill. These have no limits in Canada. Jonathan is loonie, just he's a troonie loonie, so he's accustomed to getting a free ride. If his victims want any results, they should probably push him to a recorded public meltdown and follow it up with the airing of video in court, or at least submitting it to Crown on his weapons charges. If he's already being violent in public, Crown might be more inclined to pushing for a DO rather than just doing Catch & Release.

The sharks are circling tho, both the Physiotherapists and Waxologists.

He may not be looking at much time at this point...His behavior has been spiraling more out of control
Look at all the current cases he has in big boys court...This all started with blaire & his taser......He was still pretty much in control still......Now look?...& after being called out by the HRT... weapons, assault, civil case from Amy, civil case from Keene, The table people have 3 law firms...All while having to play the victim in regard to Donny.
No...things aren't goin his way....& now think of him...totally alone outside of MY....& all this shit piled on his plate.
I think he'll have more outbursts & draw more charges against himself...I'm all for a psych commitment.
@WGkitty What's the date of the strata meeting?.....That may well be the breaking point.
 
It is going to be no jail time. Even Donald would had not have had time if he didn't breech his conditions. Repeated breeches is about the only way to get thrown in the hoosegow unless it is for gun crime or someone was seriously injured. Now if he repeatedly harassed Keean that would do it and he can't get Bexte thrown out of court this time.

If I was a Rebel Media reporter I would be instigating Yaniv by making a video that mimics his DFS pretrial holding video word for creepy head tilt.
 
In addition to no-contact with Keean, I wonder what other conditions Yaniv has to abide by? Keep the peace is super common as an undertaking when released on a promise to appear for an assault charge. That means another outburst could land Yaniv in a holding cell until the court hearing for the assault charges. Probably won't help the weapons charges either.
