the funniest part in all of this is that jeetsoft has access to the database and they could make these achievements look way older.I like how she started with real games but sucked at them, so she played walking simulators to boost her Gamerscore. Even that was too difficult so she used an achievement server in Minecraft to quickly get ~2000 Gamerscore. She was clearly told to make an account and spend time playing games to make her look like a gamer.

You don't need to be a gamer to run a gaming studio. You just need to know what the market wants and hire the right people to do it. Not all gamers are good management and not all good management are gamers. Think of people like Carmack, who undeniably pushed the medium forward more than almost any one else in history. He could not handle management, the managers job is to remove road blocks so autists like Carmack can make games. If you never played a game in your life but you listen to your autists, can tard wrangle them and shield them from outside forces getting in their way you're a great manager. We've seen countless projects die because "Gamers" are in charge of them and constantly chase new features. Duke Nukem forever got in development hell because the studio lead kept playing new games and saying "We need to add that feature" over and over. Every few months the entire project would stall out because of it. Being a gamer is not essential to running a gaming company. Know what the market wants and how to get your tards to make it is essential. The issue with all of these hires is they're silicon valley types who only care about investments and scamming another idiot to invest in a project that will go no where. Being a gamer or not isn't there problem. Their problem is the modern business culture and how making a good product is considered a bad thing now. If you don't over hype and under perform your next project might REALLY under perform and then you have a problem. But if they expect a 3/10 then that's acceptable to repeat again and again. The difference is these are AA games. Same reason Nintendo is able to pump out a bunch of games, lower scope and it's OK if they don't do too well.Fromsoft released like 7 games in the last 10 years.
