dsp's only evidence seems to be

"someone else believed it, so you should too"

is it really too hard to believe that someone who has a documented history of lying, could be lying
 
Let's give phil everything...all the evidence is just one huge coincidence and nawtDsp is not DSP. Where did all the money go? At the end of the day you have a guy making ~100k-300k for years on end on top of a six figure check from Uncle Sucker and 10k in monthly expenses, half uncategorized, not counting most of the major bills with no explanation of where it all went. He wants us to believe his denials but he won't offer an alternative. The only thing he will say is that he's lived frugally for years since learning his lesson during his early youtube days which only really makes it more puzzling why he's still broke.

Funny thing is when he was pressed on the 341 call with Nancy about his business expenses, he gave examples like "video games, subscriptions services for the video games, microtransactions in said video games, cost of the internet for the business".. How does this total up anywhere near 5k? Hell, even if we throw in electricity for that small ass room, and the room in general, does it even come to half of that? How about $2500 a month to run Burnell Production's? But none of that matters because its just conspiracy, and the bankruptcy was passed by professionals.. Nancy was so inept at her job that when the "creditor" asked him to itemize his 5k in business expenses, she asked him where he was seeing that, despite just mentioning it minutes earlier. This dude is a clown and gets by in life through the stupidity (and sometimes mental and physical disability) of others.

If I recall correctly all the basic bills like electricity are already accounted for in another section of the filing and the expense section expressly excludes major bills he was seeking to discharge like mortgage, car payment etc. So you have this big unexplained 5k/month block that is after subtracting everything else.
 
I know we keep going on about these same points, but since Phil is currently trying to defend himself and openly just stated notDSP is not him (for the first time, was it?) I just wanna reiterate my personal favorite piece of evidence.

For over a year now, NotDSP has only logged in during times when Phil is off camera. Daily, and without fail. This includes notDSP often immediately logging in during Phil's 30 minute breaks, logging in immediately upon his stream ending, and logging off immediately before his streams begin.

We have never seen notDSP playing champions during Phil's stream. Ever.

And this is probably just 1 / 10th of the total evidence compiled against him.

How strange that Phil Burnell thinks that someone easily changed their in-game WWE Champions account name on a whim for the purpose of gaining "clout". 'Clout' being defined as: having the influence or power to control situations.

I wonder why Phil Burnell would think getting an account name change in WWE Champions is such a simple thing considering the internet at large says this is a thing Scopely will never do and the company itself officially states they absolutely will not change an account's name?

Ignoring that Phil just said someone changed their WWE Champions account name to his Twitter name so that people would treat them as a Big Dick 'Powerful and Influential' Chad, it's almost like Phil Burnell is they guy who got his WWE Champions account changed on a whim and thinks this is something it's no big deal to get done if you feel like it.

The way he puts forward the term 'clout' in this Tweet makes me strongly believe that when KarenSydePhil was REE'ing at customer support to get his account name changed he absolutely invoked that he was a "white-hot pahpular streamer who deserves special protection from the idiot trolls who are harassing me because they think I'm some streamer with the exact same account name who I've never heard of".

And now Phil also wants us to believe that when Scopely changed totally-NotDSP's account name for fun and "clout" that they flawlessly integrated that name change into their system, but then when they later changed totally-NotDSP's account twice more to shield him from an online harassment campaign that they were only able to provide a cosmetic change to his account name and his account still shows the same name he was trying to escape from in all of the in-game chats and chat announcements of account activity.

Phil, you are a terrible liar. You forgot that the incongruency between the account's title change and it's persistent in-game chat name is evidence that the account's name was always 'TheyCallMeDSP'. The ease that you were able to KarenSydePhil your way into 2 account name changes, including the current one that isn't possible for a player to enter and/or select from the UI, made you forget that Scopely absolutely flat-out refuses to ever change an account name for any reason. Get fucked you retarrrrRRR. . .I shouldn't have said that :(

When people ask him to show his phone, they obviously mean "Show your account on that game". He doesn't even need to show the phone, though. Just give the name of the account and we can use that website with statistics to see if it an account older than this thread.

But he absolutely refuses to do so. And that is one of the strongest evidences that it's Phil. No one would let this "lie" persist when they could easily (and actually) debunk it.

They might but you can't expect him to interpret it like that, he might just wave his phone screen and then when someone says 'no not like that' accuse haters of moving goalposts as he likes to do. This is the guy who waved a blank sheet of paper on camera and said it was important documents, don't give him any way to semantics his way out of it

A lot of those types of games are intrinsically tied to your google/apple account. That way you can migrate easily from one device to another, or play on your iphone while out and about and later play on your ipad when you get home. Perhaps someone here who has actually suffered through playing the game could shed light on how you log into the game.

He was just nabbed the other day, on his phone, on stream, logged in to champions. Then was logged out when he put the phone down. Quite a coicidence.

if you uninstall the app, and redownload, your original account doesn't load. You have to email their shitty customer service and provide a decent amount of info to recover the account.

As Dzoomer said, he could literally just give his original account name, and with the new scopely wwe website, he could prove when the account was made and that it hasn't been active.

I do like that DSP retconned the part where Kiwifarms not only had nothing to do with the escort saga (short of spreading some gossip of course), but it was also a Kiwi that actual debunked the entire thing.

If someone was psycho enough to drop tens of thousands of dollars into this op for clout, then why wouldn't they claim to be DSP when the account was revealed?

That excuse makes zero sense to me.
