We know it's Phil. Most of the paypigs don't care if it's Phil. The joy is in mocking Phil for his addictions that ruin what should be a extremely simple gifted life on tutorial mode.

I agree with this as well. Nancy didn't care because she just gathers the information and gives it to the creditors, and since the creditors didn't bitch about Phil's claims, she wasn't going to bother with it either. Nancy did not have a financial stake in Phil's bankruptcy. One thing I would disagree with is the "easily explain his gacha habit as a business expense". He has done that successfully, based on the bankruptcy filings, because he was too small time for Nancy to care or learn how his business works. However, all of his streams are on YouTube and he plays WWE Champions in exactly zero of them. It's not as if he could provide links to dozens of streams of himself playing the game that would justify the thousands of dollars he claimed he spent on "microtransactions". You'd just have to get someone (other than us) to actually care and check the lies, and that hasn't happened....yet.
He still is. He has to lift that weight out of bed everyday.Yeah, he's also said he was big into weightlifting, so.
Eh, I don't know if those analogies are quite the same as what we see here with Phil.I'm no tax attorney or IRS auditor, but if you own a restaurant and order $5000 a month worth of shrimp, and your restaurant doesn't sell shrimp, it's still a business expense right?
Your business buys something. Doesn't use it. It becomes worthless (expired shrimp). You buy more. Repeat ad nauseam.
Is this the loophole? I don't know.
Let's say you were a golf instructor. Let's say the judge wants to know why you spend $5000 a month playing golf with your friends. It's not for fun, your honor, it's business research.
Maybe it's the same thing here. Phil plays WWE Champions and spends thousands on it to know if it's good enough to stream. Market research.
"If I was spending thousands of dollars on WWE Champions I would have lost the bankruptcy" is the same argument as, "if I did any of these things I would be kicked off the internet".
Nigel, sometimes I feel like you lose sight of the goal and that is to ruin something Phil loves. That's a goal worth pursuing. And you've done a man's job, sir.Too many spergs have started following this WWE thing and it just isn't fun anymore.
All the gatekeeping, gay ops and clout chasing is just utterly exceptional at this point.
It'a fucking Phil mate, it's bloody obvious. You will not get that smoking gun, ever. You will not be the one person that outs Phil. Everything is now a smoking gun, fuck me we're going in circles.
We got no new proof, and the proof we got I don't trust because it's from sources that share false information for Twitter likes.
If you trust people like that you're an idiot.
Honestly, we had a good thing going but fuck me did some people cock it up.
I thought about this, and as much money and time Phil has put in to WWE Champions, he's only hit top 10 once. The tiptoeing and dicksucking out of fear is hilarious.
Anyways, I remember when Phil was playing WWE Supercard and he would go to their forums, gloat, and accuse others of cheating when he blow money and didn't get top 3. People didn't even really know who he was and he still managed to get everyone to hate him. The fact that he has to spend thousands just to feel like he's better than everyone in a fucking Bejeweled game is astounding to me.
As far as not having a "smoking gun", what more truth can you milk out without him outright telling everyone it's him?
This is honestly why I can't blame Nancy even though she let this motherfucker get away with absolutely insane bullshit. What was she supposed to do? The people Phil owed money to did absolutely jack fucking shit to collect it. What was she supposed to do? Jump up and demand they protect their own interests? They were apparently completely oblivious to their own interests.I agree with this as well. Nancy didn't care because she just gathers the information and gives it to the creditors, and since the creditors didn't bitch about Phil's claims, she wasn't going to bother with it either. Nancy did not have a financial stake in Phil's bankruptcy.
I think the purpose is just to document and laugh at Phil's pathetic attempt at hiding it. That's about the extent of it, I don't know if anyone really ever expected anything to happen outside of this thread. Might have turned away a few of the smaller paypigs, but the majority are either in denial and will continue to be no matter what evidence is presented, or they've admitted they don't care what Phil spends his money on.This thread is at the point where somebody pretending to be a journalist could do a multiple part write up about this just to make DSP squirm while it's being teased, because this thread is spinning the drain at this point and nothing else is going to happen short of somebody spending the time writing up a couple of great effort posts that can get passed around on twitter to retards who love YouTuber drama with the added bonus of the paypigs having to read it as its spread around and they have to wait for the next one while DSP has to make up emergencies to cover his ass.
There are enough smoking guns in this thread that can be highlighted over a couple of well written Medium posts and shared around to the right people that this thread will have finally served its purpose.
Or we can keep doing this for another year while faggots plot more gay ops and nothing happens outside this thread.
Yes. Everyone, please keep on documenting and collecting observations. Especially for this thread, dedicated to Phil's biggest secret which turns his insides out every single day, an addiction he can't admit to and ruins his financials.think the purpose is just to document and laugh at Phil's pathetic attempt at hiding it
