We know it's Phil. Most of the paypigs don't care if it's Phil. The joy is in mocking Phil for his addictions that ruin what should be a extremely simple gifted life on tutorial mode.

One thing I would disagree with is the "easily explain his gacha habit as a business expense". He has done that successfully, based on the bankruptcy filings, because he was too small time for Nancy to care or learn how his business works. However, all of his streams are on YouTube and he plays WWE Champions in exactly zero of them. It's not as if he could provide links to dozens of streams of himself playing the game that would justify the thousands of dollars he claimed he spent on "microtransactions". You'd just have to get someone (other than us) to actually care and check the lies, and that hasn't happened....yet.
I agree with this as well. Nancy didn't care because she just gathers the information and gives it to the creditors, and since the creditors didn't bitch about Phil's claims, she wasn't going to bother with it either. Nancy did not have a financial stake in Phil's bankruptcy.

But the IRS does, and if he were to get audited, it would be the first real test of Phil's pigroach luck.

My theory is that Phil was not writing off gacha spending until 2019, when he decided he was going to file for bankruptcy. Phil realized he could get Chapter 7 if his business expenses were sufficiently high, so he reported the gacha on his bankruptcy filing. Then once he figured out that Nancy would look at his tax return to compare his net income to the bankruptcy claim, he realized he would also need to report the gacha on his 2019 taxes. This is why he put off doing his taxes for so long, because he needed to write up a bunch of fake expense documents to give to his tax guy.

That big jump is expenses is going to raise a red flag at the IRS and might trigger an audit. These things don't happen right away, it can take 12-18 months for the IRS to open an audit on someone. And the IRS knows that using expenses improperly, especially for a sole proprietor type business, is pretty typical way to dodge taxes, so he will be asked to provide sufficient evidence that those expenses are entirely business related.

If you follow the thread, people have looked at every crack and come to a conclusion that it's 99.9% him but it seems people are still not satisfied with the result and are trying to dig into that .1% to find that it's not him.

Not gonna play on Phil's playing field of having the correct arbitrary proof or evidence to catch him red handed. Fuck giving him that at this point. He's had years of having the benefit of the doubt.

I'm no tax attorney or IRS auditor, but if you own a restaurant and order $5000 a month worth of shrimp, and your restaurant doesn't sell shrimp, it's still a business expense right?

Your business buys something. Doesn't use it. It becomes worthless (expired shrimp). You buy more. Repeat ad nauseam.

Is this the loophole? I don't know.

Let's say you were a golf instructor. Let's say the judge wants to know why you spend $5000 a month playing golf with your friends. It's not for fun, your honor, it's business research.

Maybe it's the same thing here. Phil plays WWE Champions and spends thousands on it to know if it's good enough to stream. Market research.

"If I was spending thousands of dollars on WWE Champions I would have lost the bankruptcy" is the same argument as, "if I did any of these things I would be kicked off the internet".

Eh, I don't know if those analogies are quite the same as what we see here with Phil.

The restaurant analogy would work better in this case if it were like this: a restaurant buys 5k worth of shrimp, doesn't serve shrimp, but eventually a person who hates the owner finds out that there's always pounds upon pounds of shrimps' remains inside of the trash can outside of the owner's house.

Phil is using these games for his own leisure and they have nothing to do with his business at all. AFAIK the IRS can fuck you up for saying that your internet is a business expense when you use it for personal needs too, and that's a much less serious issue than what Philly boy here is doing.

But I know nothing about the USA's laws. I'm just saying what seems reasonable to me.

I remember saying in an old post that the thing I didn't understand was how Phil with the oddly shaped head would gain a major financial windfall, disappear for a day then come back and cry broke. Then this nonsense happens and this, for me anyway, answered where the money was going. This thread has nothing but a laugh riot for me; to watch an idiot, who by the way likes to shit on people because reasons, financially ruin himself to chase clout is hilarious.

As for you Nigel keep up the good work; your "investigations" have been feel good comedies I can get behind. Just remember everyone we are here to point and laugh...

This thread is at the point where somebody pretending to be a journalist could do a multiple part write up about this just to make DSP squirm while it's being teased, because this thread is spinning the drain at this point and nothing else is going to happen short of somebody spending the time writing up a couple of great effort posts that can get passed around on twitter to retards who love YouTuber drama with the added bonus of the paypigs having to read it as its spread around and they have to wait for the next one while DSP has to make up emergencies to cover his ass.

There are enough smoking guns in this thread that can be highlighted over a couple of well written Medium posts and shared around to the right people that this thread will have finally served its purpose.

Or we can keep doing this for another year while faggots plot more gay ops and nothing happens outside this thread.

I'm having fun watching him squirm, tbh. Also pretty funny (imo) to see every single sudden uptick in begging just happen to coincide with some event Scopely is throwing.

Too many spergs have started following this WWE thing and it just isn't fun anymore.
All the gatekeeping, gay ops and clout chasing is just utterly exceptional at this point.
It'a fucking Phil mate, it's bloody obvious. You will not get that smoking gun, ever. You will not be the one person that outs Phil. Everything is now a smoking gun, fuck me we're going in circles.

We got no new proof, and the proof we got I don't trust because it's from sources that share false information for Twitter likes.
If you trust people like that you're an idiot.

Honestly, we had a good thing going but fuck me did some people cock it up.
Nigel, sometimes I feel like you lose sight of the goal and that is to ruin something Phil loves. That's a goal worth pursuing. And you've done a man's job, sir.

On the whole "collecting smoking guns" issue, I enjoy it. It's like finding new proofs for the Pythagorean Theorem, the interest isn't in the well-known end result.

If you don't mind me asking, Nigel. What's stopping you from simply going after the gay op and gatekeepers? They are very much the worst part about this, and I'm surprised you've managed to keep yourself from digging. You may just feel it's not worth it, and that's fine. I'm just curious.

The tiptoeing and dicksucking out of fear is hilarious.

Anyways, I remember when Phil was playing WWE Supercard and he would go to their forums, gloat, and accuse others of cheating when he blow money and didn't get top 3. People didn't even really know who he was and he still managed to get everyone to hate him. The fact that he has to spend thousands just to feel like he's better than everyone in a fucking Bejeweled game is astounding to me.

As far as not having a "smoking gun", what more truth can you milk out without him outright telling everyone it's him?

I thought about this, and as much money and time Phil has put in to WWE Champions, he's only hit top 10 once.

This is honestly why I can't blame Nancy even though she let this motherfucker get away with absolutely insane bullshit. What was she supposed to do? The people Phil owed money to did absolutely jack fucking shit to collect it. What was she supposed to do? Jump up and demand they protect their own interests? They were apparently completely oblivious to their own interests.

Pure pigroach luck. His creditors were apparently okay with just sucking it up and losing their money. I wonder how much these worthless pathetic excuses for lawyers cost their clients to do absolutely fucking nothing. Why did they even show up? They probably charged something like five grand just to appear, and literally did fucking NOTHING.

He's giving us lore on his Yakuza stream that confirms he's loved big sweaty muscle men since he was a kid. He played with Ultimate Muscle anime toys he called "Muscle Things". Phil's really cracking.

I think the purpose is just to document and laugh at Phil's pathetic attempt at hiding it. That's about the extent of it, I don't know if anyone really ever expected anything to happen outside of this thread. Might have turned away a few of the smaller paypigs, but the majority are either in denial and will continue to be no matter what evidence is presented, or they've admitted they don't care what Phil spends his money on.

All trying to push this to a drama channel or some other source would do is funnel more money into Phil's wallet, because the paypigs would "spite" donate to show us trolls and detractors we can't bully Phil.

Yes. Everyone, please keep on documenting and collecting observations. Especially for this thread, dedicated to Phil's biggest secret which turns his insides out every single day, an addiction he can't admit to and ruins his financials.
Reading opinions is cool, but entirely worthless without updates which underline how there is still no other possibility of this being Phil, how he has still not managed his finances and addictions while crying poor wolf and it all goes to "bills and stuff" *nervously chuckle*. The journey is the interesting part, not the conclusion. And discussion about the newest smoking gun keeps the topic fresh and critics of this "conspiracy" basically speechless.

Also I get a chuckle from the image of a chest filled with smoking guns.

I miss when we used to get leaked messages of notDSP saying he’s not the guy they think he is...all this time later and we still never got any attempt from this poor innocent man to prove he’s not a streamer...I know when I get accused of being someone online and get harassed over it the last thing I’d do is proof I’m not the person in question....
