From what I can assume, Scopely gave "TheyCallMeDSP" a name change. This is abnormal and they don't have a good way to do it so they have to change the display name but don't actually change the original name in the game files.

This is why the customer service rep couldn't find GunShow but could find DSP when the first name change happened.

His name in the game is DownFromTheRafters but his name in chat and Scopely records is still TheyCallMeDSP. Because name changes aren't implemented in the game so they are broken.

I'm pretty sure that is a screencap of his Discord account, not Champions. Didn't we confirm he now has a second Discord based on the user number?
 
Interesting that he says "I can only do solo stuff" now. I wonder if he really gave up on finding a faction.

Honestly if he quits WWE Champions (or at least stops dumping all his money into it) due to no one wanting to play with him, @Nigel of Ukip will have done more to help DSP than pretty much anyone else on the planet.

Note the absence of "right now". That tells me that Phil has finally accepted the inevitable, because normally that's what he does, is claim that his shit situation is temporary, especially if detractors are involved.

We're getting closer.

@RemoveKebab Don't even get me started on how thoroughly out of whack Phil's sense of who he should be grateful to is, especially considering his awareness of how utterly laughable it is to suggest that any of his wheelchairs are remotely capable of saving his ass in situations like those.

That's a huge fucking X to doubt from me mate.

People like Phil who need that easy quick rush of dopamine, and have more money than sense will always find a way to waste said money. If I bully him from WWE he will either move to another game, or start doing something else just as dumb.
Whatever else he does people will find, expose and I will fuck with it.

If nothing else WWE showed us that Phil is a degenerate that spends most of his free time playing this game. He has nothing else in his life. He has nothing mention worthy in common with Katherine, he has no friends and no hobbies. He will always need something to waste his time and money on, and gotcha games do it for him.

In all seriousness, this is just sad. This game is the only thing that brings him any kind of joy right now (married man by the way) and despite that, he's thoroughly mediocre at it and continues to not stand out at all (well not in the way he would like to, anyway).
Just how hard is he gonna hit the gin when he finally drops out of the leaderboard?

From what I've seen it's not very skill intensive. Being 'good' at it involves spending $2000+ per event

I hadn't considered that possibility, and now I'm really hoping that that's what happens instead. I want to look further into what the real Phil finds entertaining when the camera is off and Khet isn't around to babysit him.

Right you are. That is the one kind of game that the pigroach legit likes to play: something with no skill required, just dump cash into it.

I'm convinced that this is why he doesn't stream pay-to-win games. He doesn't want everybody to see how much his fat, stupid face lights up and compare it to the expression he usually has in the screenshots @EmperorGoutatine posts without comment.

I think you can "win" by playing for free too, but you can only play for so long before you start looking for a rope and a wonky chair. Also you don't get as many rewards, you just get bog standard stuff.

If you're willing to throw money at the game you can win with ease and get maxim rewards.

From what @BT9494 has said previously, some of these events can be done without laying out any money because they use resources or whatever that are widely available. Other events, to get as high on the leaderboards as notPhil does, require spending money to get whatever stuff gets you points, whether it's resources or more energy or whatever.

Every mobile game I've ever played or seen is pay to win.

The only reason he got to #100 place is because he already paid to get 95% of all the wrestlers. You would imagine if he already had the best gear and the best players in his roster he would get a higher ranking.

In theory you can play "free" events without spending, but those who spend will always come out on top.
