Or when Nancy asked him about WWE Network during the 341 hearing and you can very clearly tell that Phil thought he heard "Champions". lol

In the exceedingly unlikely fantasyland scenario that Phil doesn't play the game, he would still know that that was the hot new outrage involving him and his finances, and as such, any mention of it during one of his most crucial battles from the trustee would still elicit a response of fear.

The irony of this statement is that if detractors get Philipo to quit, it'll actually be helping him to the tune of thousands of dahllars saved per month. We'd be closer to Vince McMahon detractors than Phil if this happens.
The optimal scenario is get Philipo to quit, and then buy everything again on his new account, which we would eventually find.

To believe that, I would have to believe that Phil possessed the level of cognizance necessary to be afraid of a meme fucking up a legit bankruptcy filing despite knowing that there was nothing to find backing up said meme. Which, for many reasons, I don't. In fact, I don't believe that Phil thought that ANYTHING was going to stand in his way until his lawyer informed him of his case being converted to an asset type. Not even the possibility of his gacha addiction being discovered by the trustee.

@darkwingosonichugorl Even I would be flabbergasted at the stupidity of him doing such a thing, due to the fact that he would be going into all the spending knowing exactly how much it's going to be before he starts. Of course, I am under the assumption that 1) Phil only got to $40k because it was little amounts at a time and even smarter people than him fall for that shit, and 2) he accepts that his detractors are correct about the amount. And I'm pretty sure about the second one because he deliberately exaggerated what we supposedly say he spent, and it has to be hurting even his gin brain to accept that the people who despise him zeroed in on the figure long before he ever did. The fact that detractors did so is pretty strong evidence of his view of himself as a mature adult with a business degree being utter bullshit.

still without a faction

I see now that my estimate was wildly optimistic due to Scopely giving out a bunch of heals for a server outage right when I started playing. It does indeed take days.

I wonder if the grind gets better or worse as you progress...

I went back to when we discovered he had been kicked from Uselessness and he was #61 at that time, so he has indeed fallen pretty far since then, which, given his mentality, probably keeps him up at night (or would if he didn't spend his nights getting hammered).

I walk this empty street
On the boulevard of broken dreams...

The game is ruined. $40,000+ down the toilet like so much bacon grease. There was nothing he could do. He changed his name twice. He changed factions. He made a new discord account. He has done everything except any number of ways to prove he is not Philip Burnell.

This comes up every so often but I assume because it's a no brainer on both sides.

Phil argues his lawyer guy said he shouldn't show private informations to lessen the complications and Phil agreed (please, everyone, forget this only applies to the bankruptcy which is done and over). Phil could show his account name which should have at least some levels on it because he played it heavily, he said.
Now, Mister Burnell, explain to the court why you can't show an account you're not using anymore? You don't play it, right? So how exactly would this put you in danger? It won't, his profile contains no private informations.

I wonder what is reaction would be if someone impersonnated the ''NotPhil'' and asked him to clear things up because da trolls are ruinning his 40k account.

It would be the mature adult thing to disprove it's him right?

His "argument" is that detractors would somehow see something on the screen of his mobile phone and make a big deal out of it. But as you said, he could just tell us the name of his account, but he won't.

Phil running away from this is the most damning evidence that this account is his. Everything else just adds more, but this point is the most crucial one to me. He just refuses to do anything about it other than saying "that's not me!!!".

Phil can't show his username because if he did, detractors would fuck with him in the game.

Well played Phil. Glad to see that the detractors have not successfully gotten you kicked out of every faction and forced you to contact the management of Scopely to get multiple impossible name changes.

Playing Devil's advocate here, if NotPhil is really not Phil, Phil is unwilling to reveal his username on a game he doesn't play and as a result this NotPhil is getting his $40,000 game ruined. Phil is whining about $800 in chargebacks (4 days of vest streaks) while his inaction to prove they are different people is costing this random guy his $40,000 investment.

I can't believe he hasn't made this story up already.

NotPhil was asked several times to prove he isn't DarksydePhil. From taking a selfie, picture of his hands, voice recording and some other shit I at the moment can't by the life of me remember.
If Phil had any friends he could ask them for a quick favour, and solve said problem. But who the fuck wants to be friends with Phil besides his exceptional wife.
I was very skeptical about this being Phil at first, but at this point it has to be.
If I wasted 40,000$ on a game and I was getting bullied by exceprional individuals like myself, I would provide whatever proof I could to be left alone.
Just to note, if it happens now I'm not buying it anymore because that ship has sailed.

Don't try to look too deep into anything related to Phil and money, he is simply greedy. I believe it was after the Jasper stream where he got 2,000$, he actually whinged about his Xbox charger dying some days after and needing cash for a new one.

I'm just very curious about what he uses to discharge his frustrations over these constant guild removals. He's proven over the years that he absolutely despises having any authority exercised over him, and it clearly hurts his ego. He needs to get one over those darn tractors no matter what, but now it's very different. He has been put in a situation where he absolutely cannot admit that to anyone, or his "cover" will be blown.

The only likely candidate I can really think of, that he could entrust this to, would be his wife, seeing as she is in it for such a long game, she could be tolerating his absolutely asinine spending habits, because she doesn't know what the norm is and just really wants to stay in that YouTuber mansion. OR he is deliberately keeping Kat in the dark from his little hidden gacha savings, while crying on her shoulder regularly about how mean the trolls are.

Honestly what's way more damning to me is the fact that he gives the same practiced spiel every single time the suggestion of proving his innocence comes up, and to top it off, it's absolute cop-out bullshit, which is obviously a very Phil thing to do. Any time he doesn't do something because he just doesn't want to, that's how he attempts to brush it off: with a lame-ass excuse that holds water about as well as a wicker basket does. Phil puts as much energy and thought into his shitty excuses as he does just about anything else he does a half-ass (or sometimes quarter-ass) job at.

Except here there is more distress in it, especially these days, which coincides nicely with the way the game has been ruined at this point for whoever owns the "TheyCallMeDSP" account. Anything else he gets advice for or is prodded to do by fans, Phil can be counted on to be, at most toxic but not legit pissed, or simply his usual oblivious "can't see the forest for the trees" self.

I've said before, and I'll maintain this forever: not even Phil would be so bent out of shape over something if it legit was just a "dumb detractor meme", and not even he would refuse to take so seriously the need to prove his own innocence even with some risk involved if it wasn't something that he was, in fact, guilty of.

@Near Phil probably just talks to himself any time he needs to rage about Nigel fucking with his shit. He has nowhere to go to do that safely. Regardless of how Khet would actually react to knowing about his gacha addiction, I seriously doubt that the biggest coward I've ever seen has the cajones to even try bitching about getting fucked with by Nigel in a way that doesn't expose him as a pathetic addict. We know how fragile his ego is, it's not unreasonable to assume that even someone like Khet being aware of who he really is terrifies him beyond belief. He has probably said more truthful things to his paypigs than he has to his maid/wife/mother, because he can LIMB them if they step out of line. I don't buy that Khet has him cucked, but he has no pimp hand either. I don't see her giving him lip for anything because she probably doesn't care enough, but I'll especially never see him having a spine in the face of that.

That's the best part of the guild kicking streak, actually, the fact that he's Phil, and therefore HAS to bitch about it, but can't, to anyone, ever, because he has no balls.

If this was just a troll, or someone who took the name inspired by him, there's absolutely no reason not to prove you're not him. It's so simple. Keep in mind that dave has absolutely no imagination whatsoever, he uses that same name or similar for EVERYTHING. Every game he plays where he can make his own character he just makes himself. He uses Darksydephil or TheyCallMeDSP for everything like twitter, twitch, patreon, etc. It has to be him.

Every game he plays where he can make his own character he just makes himself.

I find that really bizarre, but then again, he doesn't have an accurate assessment of himself intellectually, so it's not a stretch to say that he literally doesn't see what everything else does when it comes to his physical appearance.

Phil wouldn't even have to be friends with someone to post fake proof. Give the retarded guy who wrangles the shopping carts and bags groceries at Kat's work $20 to take a pic holding a sign saying "I'm TheyCallMeDSP". What does it stand for? Disabled Supermarket Pimp. How did he get $40k to spend on gatcha? He got a huge settlement because he got hit by a car riding his bike to work.

It's a far better story than "I'm not that successful handsom streamer and I don't have to prove it to you stupid detractors"

Or get Jenna to do it and claim DSP stands for Dick Sucking Professional.
