I'm guessing Phil refuses to admit he's TheyCallMeDSP to anyone because he doesn't want Katherine to know he's wasting thousands on that and not on her. It's the only situation that makes sense to me. Not only would most of his paypigs not care, he would draw pity due to his addictions which I'm sure a few of them would relate with.

I maintain he doesnt want people in the guild he joins knowing who he is so that he can "be respected" for his whaling instead of made fun of for being DSP.

There is absolutely no way Phil would ever say he has a "mobile game addiction" and use the word "addiction". He would never admit that because it would prove all that "detractors" have said was correct, and Phil will talk in circles endlessly to avoid that.

It’s fucking crazy how obvious this shit is, Imagine being accused of being someone else and just saying that’s it, there’s not an endless amount of way to prove I’m not this other dude.

No real person would be harassed this much and “stalked” by trolls to this degree and be unwilling to do ANYTHING to prove they aren’t this other person. Fuck you can stream from discord, set up a discord stream while dsp is streaming. Do something, there’s literally an endless amount of way to debunk this shit online, and they choose to do nothing but keep pretending and getting stalked.....like what?!?
 
He really fucked himself early on by going with the "I never heard of DSP, it's all just a coincidence" angle, instead of saying he was a fan/troll of Phil who made the name and now regrets it. That at least would have been plausible. But he is so stupid, he cut that option off completely now, and has to stick to this nonsense narrative. Even if the name was just "DSP", that could be something. But "TheyCallMe" is such a specific preface that I've only seen used by Phil as part of a username, it's really not a plausible coincidence at all.

Sidenote: How autistic is that username, really. "'They' call me my username" is the username. It speaks to his ego though - the legions that follow him have given him this moniker. They call you that because that's what you told them to call you, Phil. You put it on the CafePress thong, not 'they'.

Remember too that this is obviously an extremely important part of NotDSPs life to sink +50K and so much time into it. And progressing as highly and as quickly as possible in this game is obviously a very important priority for this person.

Whats a 3sec 'debunk' photo to get rid of the trolls once and for all so you can get on with ranking up your stable of oily muscular wrestlers? But oddly for someone who is so dedicated to rapid progression for some reason this guy would suddenly rather spend forever after hounded and handicapped by trolls.
 
I don't even know how anyone can even play these types of games. Call me a boomer, but they all have this super complicated economy of coins, shards, gems, tokens, etc. You almost need to take a class just to understand it all.

I don't think the base game is all that complicated, but playing it on a "competitive"(read: expensive) level seems like a lot, money stuff aside.
 
The fact he can't get his internet name removed from someone who is not him speaks volumes.

Slightly off topic. One of my favorite DSPisms in when he says "Everybody is saying ..." and just inserts his own thoughts that absolutely nobody said.
 
the knowledge that kiwi farms is following his progress in this game must diminish his enjoyment of what must be one of the few pleasures he has in life. Phil continuing to play this game is now bringing lols to many. In a way we've kind of piggy backed on his expensive hobby. For us it's at least free entertainment, Phil is subsidising our hobby.

It’s a bit of a Catch-22 though, isn’t it? On one hand, yes, TheyCallMeDSP can prove he’s not Philip; however, he would have to admit to the world he has spent $40,000+ on WWE Bejeweled.

The many currencies aren't complicated, they're lazy ways to update the game and make whales like Phil spend more money.
