I look at it differently. DSP always sets up all those barriers around himself, so no one can directly interact or fuck with him to begin with. I really didn't see the WWE thing going anywhere aside people endlessly flinging shit at each other, whether it's actually him or not. There was nothing else of entertaining value to be found besides that. Nigel managed to back DSP into a corner by taking up a more aggressive strategy, so we got the result we normally would likely never get, because most of the people in the guild were willfully ignorant as long as he kept paypigging for the faction.

That's what I feel is the most entertaining. When you back a narcissist into a corner, and force him to tear down the world around himself to protect his own ass. And we're getting exactly that. He probably hates each and every person in those factions, because they wronged him now, and he got forced to establish his own, one man clan, where he is king; Much like his stream chat. He probably knows he can't say shit, because then he will admit he's got a gambling problem, and in his mind that's how the tractors win. I'll take that over months and months of nothing fucking happening, a slow-ass bankruptcy that will likely go in his favor regardless, because none of those dumb fucking boomers know what a twitch is, and as long as he is making 10k a month, it's all good. It's none of my business if people wanna keep fucking with him outside of this site, but I do admit it's fun to see him get fucked over after he claims to be invincible.

It'd be like someone going out of their way to get Kat fired from Fred Meyer because she's married to DSP. That's not particularly funny.

Hell, I'd even say fucking with Phil directly isn't very funny. The escort saga was funny for a lot of reasons but 'someone blackmailing Phil' wasn't really one of them.

Phil will invariably fuck his own life up, like this dumbass failure of a bankruptcy. That's the good stuff.

There's a difference between 'people let the chair sponsor know Phil's a terrible sponsorship candidate' and 'doxxing some dude for sharing a discord server with Phil' too.

But yeah, I can't make people not fuck with Phil, so I'll laugh about it. Its just cheap kicks and I'm not gonna congratulate them for it.

I have to disagree on this. The reason why gambling addicts (and drug addicts or whatever) get into whatever they’re into is bc it piqued their interest.
Will a heroin junkie do meth? Yeah, usually. Will someone addicted to dice play cards? Probably. But it won’t scratch that specific itch. Much in the same way a crack head will do xanax (bc it’s there, they’re scratching an itch, it will lessen their withdrawals) someone into cards will play slots. But it won’t satisfy them. It’ll be like having that really fucked up itch that’s not quite deep in your ear but not quite in your throat so it’s out of reach by all conventional means: you’ll pop your tongue in the back of your throat and you’ll dig in your ear miserably- it won’t do much but it helps by the act of doing something. You’re still frustrated af, it’s not helping, but you do it for some semblance of relief.

I think very difficult for someone who hasn't experienced an addiction to really understand what goes in people's heads when that kind of stuff happens. It's kinda easy for us to say "Ack Ack, he's just a retard (which he is)", but an addiction, even to something as stupid as a gacha game, is no joke. Even now, my "feelings" find it absolutely ridiculous, but I try to understand that anything can be addictive and all addictions are pretty destructive.

You are WRONG. They protected him because he was their paypig. His money helped the guild and since they are all gacha addicts in this together, they had to protect their paypig. Its no different as to how Phil protects PlanetJeff and the like.

They were told multiple times what kind of guy he was, the exploitation of minors and the mentally disabled and they didn't care because it was to their advantage.

Fuck em, they're lucky they only got this burnt by Phil.

There has always been a schism in troll communities.
On one side you have the people who just want to laugh and watch the cow roll around in there shit and piss, occasionally poking it to get a few more laughs.

On the other side you have moralfags going on a autistic crusade against evil and therefor feel justified when they start harassing other people even remotely connected to the cow.

The best thing to do is to sit back and laugh at the autism no matter who supplies it.

There is a huge difference and not a clear cut dichotomy as well though

I think, ethically, emailing Mrs Nancy a list of Phil's belongings is much different to messing with Kat's employment, the latter being obviously way, way worse, the former - might not even be wrong at all?

Like if he ever blurs out where he hid the bodies of Kat's parents then someone should probably warn the police.

Gambling addicts don't get their high from winning, they get their high from the anticipation of a win. dave is most likely somewhat disappointing when he gets a good pull. He's only missing a few wrastlers and each one he gets means less packs to open and it's opening those packs that really gets him off, what he's getting out of them is just an excuse to buy and open them. But yeah, if his wwe game gets ruined by detractors he will probably just move on to a different game, anything with rng that costs money should get him high.

One unique thing about Phil's addiction is that he's only hurting his own self. There are no other people in Phil's life in the first place. No one else is affected by his addiction. Not even Kat, because he's not spending her money. And since she's young she can divorce him and move on.

I don't think Phil would change his account name even if he got the opportunity. He has been betrayed by his guild and the only thing he can do now is get his name above theirs on the leader board. When Uselessness see The Placeholders/DSP in the lead they will miss the pig.
