If this wasn't so damn funny, it would be so depressing. DSP traded everything in his life he cared about for money: his shame, his dignity, his best friends, the girl who somehow loved him. He hates gaming now, one of the few things he was ever passionate about, because he relentlessly monetized it. The one thing he kept to himself was wrestling, he loved it then and he obviously still loves it now, and he was smart enough to not make it part of his job so he never hated it.

As his life was falling apart around him, he kept throwing thousands of dollars into it to give him that one spark of happiness, despite going into bankruptcy and risking his future to keep spending. And then detractors find itnand within a couple months his support structure is in flames and his guild exiled him. He has to be terrified knowing that this new guild is one slow night for @Nigel of Ukip before it all goes away again.

It's a goddamned Greek Tragedy. It's Macbeth but instead of Lady Macbeth it's Vince McMahon and instead of becoming King of Scotland, he became 6th on a wrestling-themed Candy Crush clone's leaderboard.

Fitting that Phil was treated in the same manner as he treats his fans, an ATM to be banned as soon as it causes any trouble.

I wonder if his new clan will outshine the other now that they have a high roller. Does anyone who which clan is doing better currently?

haha, I just joined their discord as well and seen you in there for a brief moment before we were kicked out.

I couldn't see dsp in the discord either. He's either using a new account or appearing invisible if that is possible.

The mods of that discord are now well aware of the situation and will interrogate you or kick you as soon as you join, lol.

You wouldn't be able to see him because that front page is a "gate" if you will. Not until you're accepted into the discord would you be able to see if he was in there. I was, however, able to find him by typing FROM:t in the search bar. But, like an idiot, I covered up the last bit so you couldn't see the number. But trust me, it was him.

Except he did monetize wrestling as well by creating his rasslin' talk series with John Rambo "Smark Guys" and in all probability the only reason he never talks about it now is because it's become just another negative association in his head that's been added to the endless pile of negative associations he has with just about every single thing in his miserable life.

The only time I ever saw him genuinely listening to what anyone sitting next to him on the couch ever had to say was not with PandaLee and it hasn't been with Katherine either - It was with his true soulmate John Rambo and John Rambo regaling the audience with wrestling chatter was pure pillow talk to DSP.

Sorry I just thought you were giving him a little too much credit because finding any correlation between Phil Burnell and Smart Moves is almost impossible.
 
How anyone can play that fucking Bejeweled shit is beyond me. I tried to play the official Scrabble mobile game once. It's made by that same Scopley company. Every word you place you get an ad or a reminder that you can earn more gems. The main menu has about 65 different options of which half of them are ways to earn gems or health packs. They constantly bug you after every move that you could also play some different game mode. And there is about 100 different tile cosmetics. I hated the interface it was so fucking busy and stupid. I've never actually seen the WWE Champions game in action other than a screenshot of the bejeweled part but I'm sure its just as bad or worse.

I might have worded that poorly, I don't think it was a conscious decision, just something lucky he stumbled ass backwards into. People in this thread have said that he should have streamed himself playing the game and made his money back, which obviously he should have, but he would have ended up hating the game so much by now. One of the weirdest things about Phil is the weird push-and-pull nature of his insatiable greed and love of money, and his complete disdain for having to do anything for that money.
 
I just want people to question him about the DSP in his name.
If he replies with something like "It's not DarksydePhil, it's DickStrokePhil" I will stop fucking with them for a bit just because of the bants.

The only ads on WWE Champions are the ones that you can voluntarily watch for extra IGC.

I would think that the Scrabble model would be less of a money maker, which is probably the reason that they inundate you with ads.

As I understand (which = barely) all of this, they don't. What they care about is the torrential shitstorm tsunami of WMD autism that he brings with him wherever he goes. One day they have their sped collective running whatever passes for normally for them, the next day they're flooded with 500+ shit disturbers & it's fucking chaos.

Same shit that's happening to the lawyers unfortunate enough to get sucked into his bankruptcy trashfire.
