The screenshots are enough for me to believe it 100%. But if those aren't enough for some, wait and see how salty he'll get from questions and how many people get banned during FishCraft

Can someone who is a bit more obsessive than me load up the images from the gacha and mod discord in photoshop to compare and see if there are any telltale signs of cutting and pasting around the avatar and discord #? Its one thing to engage in a little image manipulation but its quite a bit more difficult to stage a discord conversation with a bunch of other conspirators and buy special software to change the # all for lulz.

I don't think many of us need convincing. I just want it to reach the point where Piggy has no choice but to confront all of this.

I know some will still doubt it with the escort saga, but I think it matches well with what we've seen publicly from Phil, and the Rumplestiltzkin chargebacks back it up.

Hilarious that he thinks someone should pay for a pleasant experience, get shit on as well as watching others get berated, and not do a legitimate chargeback for services not rendered. No one gave money to get shit on. Also, I still stand by him NOT going after someone using his brand as evidence it's really him. Does someone claiming bankruptcy really need someone else making him look bad?

It will happen in the bankruptcy at some point, but he's never going to admit this on the stream.

Even if he did it wouldn't matter, he had paypigs well trained at this point. He can ring a little bell and they all donate on command like seals.
 
Been silently watching this from the sidelines for months, waiting on either a smoking gun or for Phil to be exonerated (Unlikely).

I was originally just gonna wait for this to be revealed in court but I think this is enough for me to stop having doubts.

I think that's his best case scenario. I actually think they have enough just to throw out his case entirely for fraud, maybe with prejudice. I don't think they'll even do a 2004 examination until they already know all the answers because pigroach is so obviously just going to lie.

There is no doubt it will be a dismissal with prejudice. There was no reversal of fortune, and at no point has he had inadequate income to cover his personal and business expenses AND repay his creditors. Add in his obfuscation of his finances in his court filings and his offer to answer a question to the CitiBank troll “Offline” DURING HIS 341 HEARING, Phil put the trustee in a position where she has no recourse but to launch a 2004 examination. Without a 2004, his claim was likely to be rejected. With a 2004 exam, his case checks so many of the boxes on the bankruptcy fraud checklist that he isn’t just looking at dismissal without prejudice, he will have the IRS and the Washington Bureau of Revenue spelunking in his colon until they hit the mother lode.

The Polish Potato thought he had found a “Get out of jail free” card, but it’s actually a ticket to prolonged dicking by the law, sans lubrication.
