Sadly for bankruptcy we'll just get

Bank - CC Debt - $$$$

And not anything itemized. Unless they feel generous and break out personal/business spending.

He'll probably submit things like that, as vague as he can, but there will be enough that raises eyebrows that some of it is likely to be challenged, and especially if he goes Chapter 13, which he might have to since he has a substantial income and isn't just some completely broke guy with no money or income, he'll have to explain his expenditures and they will straight up tell him what he's allowed to spend and on what. If he can't come up with a coherent plan they'll just start liquidating his shit and force him into Chapter 7.

chapter 7 requires him to earn less than $5k a month, he earns double that

Phil's apparently going to be the new Animal Crossing game...for some reason. So yet another "I don't know what to do. What do I do?" fest.
Maybe there's a mod where Isabella holds you down while Tom Nook works you over.

"Where's my bells, bitch?"

Well he's at risk to lose his real house so maybe he needs to play a game with a pretend house so he'll feel better.
Don't you start out with a mortgage in those games? There's something delicious about him having to pay a pretend mortgage to scrounge up tips for a real mortgage.

And it also doubles as educational, since you need to pay a mortgage there

It's the only thing keeping him sane dood the financial pressure and constant detractor trolling are taking a toll on me dood

This is really late, but I'm trying to catch up and listen through the whole "state of the scheme" podcast. At one point he did some weird rant berating trolls that they can't get their facts straight on the WWE mobile game "meme" (SuperCard vs. Champions); but that very night during the drunk Yoshi's Island play-through he mocks chat for calling him out on playing mobile games on the plane to Connecticut, despite him saying he quit playing mobile games when Kat moved in. Afterwards he pretty much calls the trolls "stalkers" by remembering what he said. Tells them not to take him 100% literal, and defends his claims of quitting mobile games by saying it was a harmless fishing game. So Phil, obviously not getting his facts straight but definitely not lying, can't even hold up to the standards he sets for simple trolls.

So using what we've learned from Phil, let's go back to the Wedding Podcast clip:
I don't know about you all, but when I check to see if the internet is working on my phone, I definitely don't pull up my phone's browser or quickly check a social media app that requires internet, I open up "random, time-killer games" that have 0 importance in my life, just like Phil. And when the time-killer apps DO work: "Wow, this is exciting"
Now it's important to note that Phil says in the wedding clip that he only plays ONE mobile game (despite him saying that he downloaded "a few random mobile games on the plane", I was told to stop taking Phil 100% literally) and Phil in the Yoshi's Island clip describes the game as a "fishing game where you're in a boat and you're trying to get your hook down and catch certain fish."
I know exactly what game Phil's describing:
Ridiculous Fishing is a game that has absolutely no online component. So it would work regardless if he had internet connection or not.

I know it's just beating a dead horse calling out Phil on his lies in all this WWE nonsense--it's just a weird filler subplot in the bankruptcy arc, but it's still fun.

Excellent post, though for the last sentence, it's not really weird filler. The mobile game fixation means the guy spends a ton of time and money on mobile games when he could have used that money to avoid the bankruptcy in the first place. They're pretty well connected.

I think this is great evidence of another instance where Phil is caught lying and once again resorts to the “can’t take me literally” excuse. Ironically enough, this guy flips off his webcam to insult anybody who wouldn’t get important news regarding his life directly from him but at the same time constantly reminds us we can’t trust what he says because of le trolls.

There’s only one reason why you‘d need internet on a plane while spending upwards of $20 the day prior to make sure you have access: to satisfy your gambling gacha game urges.

I was on a 5-hour fight last month and I used my Switch exclusively. Didn’t even use my phone at all. And we know Phil and Khat both have a Switch. If you’re looking to game it up, why would you ever use the inferior portable system unless there’s a game you must absolutely have to play during that timeframe that also requires significant time investment? Sounds like WWE Champions to me.

Probably like one of those situations where the sim is in a room with no doors and everything's on fire. But Phil wouldn't do it intentionally.
I think that's how Phil will die IRL. If not that, he'll probably drown in a pool due to bugged ladder mechanics.

I only caught a few minutes of the stream today, but at one point Phil made a joke about WWE Champions. While the characters were out fighting, see, Bulma is sitting in the capsule "playing WWE card games, spending $140k and looking for a Hulk Hogan Card! BROTHERRR! ACK ACK ACK!" He loved it. Cackled and then peer into the chat to watch the reaction.

He then proceeded to shit on detractors. A couple of people said that nobody said it was $140k, but Phil fired back immediately (it wasn't a cheer, he zeroed in and found it in chat), "OH YES THEY DID. Someone said it the other day! Why would I even HAVE that kind of money!" He then continued to shit on detractors for constantly ramping up the amount. That's the kind of idiots he is dealing with.

So he's definitely using the amount as his semantic dodge. He didn't say anything about not spending money on the game, he just mocked the amount. There's no way the person who cheered that was not deliberately handing him an out.

EDIT FOR VID:
Starting around 38:22 if it doesn't load. I listened to about 42:07 when he seems like he drops the subject, not sure if there is subsequent gold dust.
