I once played a mobile marvel card game, can't recall the name of it, from 2011/12 but they had legitimate clans who would bankroll their entire clan to constantly win and get top ranking and prizes i.e. Top tier super rares that are exclusive for winning these weekly events. One of these persons. I recall claimed to be a doctor.

There are groups of people who do this and it still baffles me how more over why. Like what do you get from it when you blow thousands of dollars on intangible pixels.

We know that Phil's audience will defend him no matter what, and Khet is, well...Khet, so if this information became public, who could he realistically get in trouble with? Would he get in trouble with Twitch, or the IRS?

He could absolutely come out and just admit "Look, I fell for the trap. I don't know where it started or how it got this bad, but I have a problem". I'd feel somewhat bad because at the end of the day an addiction is hard to kick.

Exactly. Phil doesn't have to exactly say how much he spent, not that he's kept track. It wouldn't be a big loss for him. But, as always, Phil must lie and keep digging himself further in.

If this ever has to go public, we're going to get a speech about how the addiction, which is a DISEASE, was the only thing that kept his depresshun in check, which is also a DISEASE, and how it got out of hand on those dark, dark nights. But. BUT. Do you know who caused his depresshun?

He clearly demonstrated with the foreclosure reveal that he is going with a throwback strategy, all 'personal growth' be damned, and we are going straight under the bus for every single thing, apparently even in court documents. His foreclosure is entirely our fault, and you'd better bet this mobile game problem had our hands in it as well.
 
I really feel like this has to be the biggest black eye for Twitch yet.
A partnered streamer drove himself to bankruptcy and ruin for digital dick. God knows Twitch has gotten way too big for its britches and needs a comeuppance.
Maybe the pigroach's ultimate purpose in this universe was to do just that.

The game is actually quite the battery hog, people will use multiple devices to play because unless they’re playing with device plugged in they will need to cycle between different devices to stay in the game

How does bankruptcy work exactly with his financials? Is it going to list his purchase history? How do we tell how much he spent on the game? I guess it will show up as just payments to Apple App Store?

everything submitted for bankruptcy is made public, hopefully this includes bank statements

even then, we don't know if he was withdrawing cash & using apple store cards

After the latest alinity scandal she blatantly bought fellows and viewbots. It was pretty sickening.
Anyway

It's just my hope and dream the whole world can know the fraudulent ways of the pigroach as much as I do.. It's a simple dream.
