This is definitely a long-time account, but not hyper-competitive like the WWE Champions one seems to be (Taking other people's word for it), on the contrary, it's a collector's account. He has uniforms for nearly everyone who can, and many expensive characters, but even his best characters are not optimized and don't have all that much work put into them, and some of his building choices are downright bad. They're neither built to be good in combat nor to top the point charts (There are rankings for people who have the "most refined" of each character).
Note this doesn't downplay the sheer amount of resources the account has overall, because it actually is a pretty damn lot, it's just that's it's used fairly senselessly and spread over a lot of characters which consequently all end up poorly optimized. It is unlikely for this account not to be a whale one (But possible, because the currency to buy uniforms and such can be earned, not in token amounts either, and "paywall" characters can be obtained in bulk at a low level to then be leveled through that same FTP-able currency), though it might be very old, but since not a whole lot of effort has been put into actually playing the game "right", and the amount of the payable-but-earnable currency looks to be pretty staggering, I would think he's not all that invested into the gameplay and is paying his way through all this.
