he let it slip on stream that (as a joke/sarcasm wink wink) that he gets a high from wasting people money on the game.
sounds like a way to release a lot of deep rooted anger and frustration.

That's insane if true, it's money he gets taxed on not going towards his future or anything tangible but it is Phil and I could definitely see him thinking like that.

KC arc has been quiet funny and he's on the going up high the downtrend will be fucking hilarious.

Great, then he'll have no problem showing his Champions account next time he gets pressed, no one cares after all right?

He can make a new account at any time, spend a couple hundred bucks on it, and pretend it's his real account. Him showing an account that's not DownFromTheRafters (or TheyCallMeDSP at that time), would only have been proof of his innocence if he did it immediately when the news first broke of him whaling on WWE Champions, over four years ago. I'm pretty sure even DSP had figured out that showing everyone a dummy account could have worked as a diversion tactic, but he was probably worried that there's a way you can see when an account has been created. But with how smug and arrogant he's been acting the past few weeks, I wouldn't put it past him to try doing it now, though. In his mind it would be the ultimate debunk, the meteor that sets off the mass extinction of all detractors.

That wouldn't work. Phil admitted to playing Champions since about the start of the game in 2017. His account would have to be that old and it's simple to check that. Phil could buy a used account, but that runs into difficulties of Scopely is strict banning shared accounts, how active it was, the name wouldn't be DSP related as we know Phil had to make every video game character based on himself, etc...

As PieceofShet said, there was a brief window Phil could have come clean during the Side Scrollers interview. That passed, and it's over.

His excuse will just be that he never played it seriously so he quit for a while and came back but had to make a new account cause he lost his old info or something.

Obviously bullshit but I'm sure some dent will buy it. I really hope this KC shit just gets him to stream the game on his actual account that would be based we could finally learn how the high level WWE Champions players play.

Yeah he's screwed every which way possible now:
  • If he shows a new dummy account, obviously it'll have a creation date relatively recently which will debunk everything
  • If he truly didn't have a whaled out WWE Champions account, but one with a long history, he could have just taken a screen shot & cropped out part of the name. It's not that hard. Also, at least on iOS, the screen name on WWE Champions is just on there. If its reused somewhere else so be it, but your "GameCenter" account for iOS is likely not the same name. For me, it's definitely not, my iOS GameCenter ID is not Player023424234.
  • If he was truly smart, he'd do a combo of these but even then he'd probably have to spend a considerable amount to make some secondary account look like its existed for years.
Also, and a side note to all this, it's a royal pain in the ass to switch accounts on the app. I think you need to tie it to an email address, uninstall the app, reinstall it and hope that the memory was wiped. On Android it's easier to delete all remnants of the app and re-sign in, but we're talking about Phil Burnell here so I highly doubt he'd figure it out.

BTW here's what the game looks like if anybody cares, it reminds me of all the toxic free to play games that exist where you'd be constantly spammed with ads, but in this case you're constantly spammed to buy content. I cropped out my name for my family's protection.

I actually don't think there's any expiration date on Phil coming clean. By and large, the only reason he hasn't come clean is pride. He doesn't want to admit that detractors found something he was trying to keep hidden. Just like with his cat, where he smugly revealed we (and even his own fans for that matter) weren't right about the "surprise reveal" because we only guessed the reveal was the cat, but in his mind, the actual reveal was he's had a cat for X weeks, so because we didn't guess the exact number of days, we were wrong.

It's more or less fact that Phil spends his money on Champions. There were a few paypigs who said they stopped donating because of it, but I imagine those ones are long gone, and it was ultimately a pretty small percentage in the grand scheme of things. Other than that, the loyal ones parrot the same excuse, usually something like "it's his money to spend how he wants" or "what he does in his own time is his business." Maybe mixed in with a "I don't care what Phil does in his off time." Either way, if he admitted it was the truth, he wouldn't suddenly lose supporters. He's even soft confirmed it several times and his fans don't blink an eye

All he'd have to do is dance around how much he's actually spent on it, which is pretty easy to do in pigspeak. Again, he's more or less soft confirmed it by casually saying he's sometimes spent a little here and there. He could also go with his favorite lie that someone gifted him some Itunes giftcards and he had nothing else he wanted to spend it on, that it's just a timewasting game he sometimes plays when he's babysitting uploads, that he's largely a free to play player who just gets really lucky with some of his pulls etc. His supporters will just blindly nod in agreement and that's that.

You know it's really strange that this "DownFromTheRafters" guy does extremely well at a P2W game at the exact same time Phil's income triples. Really makes you think. 🤔
I seriously love how Phil just keeps doing his thing, we’ve pointed out since the beginning the login habits and spending habits and he just keeps on doing it like “whatever, they already know”

Congratulations to Philip for finally winning something in his life. Well earned.

Also, the timeline shown by TJGamebox there suggests Phil's pull on stream was not real.

It is really odd.

Also DownFromTheRafters was chatting in WWE Champions discord using Phil's discord ID

And DownFromTheRafters would ban trolls using very specific DSP meme names before they even said anything.

And both DownFromTheRafters and DSP refuse to post any very easily providable evidence that they aren't the same person.

And Phil can't explain $5000 a month in business expenses.

And Phil was calling customer support to get a name change even though nobody allegedly knows his real username.

I like how Phil told the story about how he was so addicted to WWE SuperCard that he would be playing it while he was streaming. He had the game open in the phone next to him so he could press buttons while streaming. He's not addicted to WWE Champions though. He just plays it once in a while and hardly spends any money.

Yet the nail in the coffin was seeing Phil's phone with WWE Champions running on it while he was streaming. And the bank leaks show that he sometimes spends hundreds of dollars a day on it.

But he's not addicted to it.

I'm really looking forward to gold dust from the WWEC livestream, with DSP pretending to not know every intricate detail (like when talking about detractors, "I have no clue who that is! Don't know the guy...")
He was already being lame about it on stream, putting the game down as boring and how the stream probably won't be that good *sigh*

Then again, I agree, I'm actually kind of excited for it. I've had some good laughs in the lead up to all of this, hopefully he can just stop being a faggot about it and go crazy but that's big 🌈s.

He is talking way more about the game but still afraid of showing the DownFromTheRafters or his VIP level on screen:

Sorry for the quality.

"I think in the entirety, I've played that game since it launched. I've had it unmuted twice."

DFTR is playing since 14 days after the launch.

Unfortunately, I still could not find a way to track Phil like TJGameBox does with points via API. The only data safe enough to confirm:
  • His login streak: 2,401 days (6 years, 7 months, and 1 day)
  • His wins in the last 30 days and rank: 1,349 / Rank: 5,224 (He is low rank in this. Even in his faction there guys with more than 2000 battle in the month)
His Feud wins in the last 30 days and rank: 2,853/ Rank: 6,084
  • His total successful Sweaty man (and woman) pulls: 592
  • Strongest Overall Players Rank: 53
  • Strongest Overall Players Points: 13,568,514
