True, but the pigmeister already did that.Couldn't he write it off on his taxes if he played it on the streams as a business expense?

He already does, he used his mobile spending as a business expense in his bankruptcy too.Couldn't he write it off on his taxes if he played it on the streams as a business expense?
I pinned this thread. Thanks for the suggestion @We Are The Witches.
I am truly fascinated by the fact that the ultimate consumer DSP has a crippling addiction to Gacha games. I've recorded at least 13 different games that Phil has played with a Gacha element. He is hopeless addicted to the purchasing of "pulls" for easy hits of dopamine. I suspect that he is playing new Gacha style games, and that he writes off these so called microtransactions as business expenses. It has been seen on Phil's own video.
The reason why Phil can't admit it is his account is that his ego won't let him. Let's say he did admit it, what could it cost? A few Paypigs? A handful of viewers? His Horse? That wouldn't hurt Phil. What would hurt is his fragile manbaby ego.
He gets to act the big bollocks with the maxed out 6 star roster to the people he is in a faction withI am truly fascinated by the fact that the ultimate consumer DSP has a crippling addiction to Gacha games.
I can think of at least two reasons: First, it would mean handing the trolls the biggest "W" imaginable. This thing that he dismissed as a nudnik conspiracy theory was all true, he's such a whale on this thing he swore up and down he never played that the devs are now using him as a spokesman, and any number of other lies (having important things going on "behind the scenes", being a serious mature adult) break down too. Phil would rather stick to his implausible narrative that somebody in this game just happened to use the "DSP" username than admit we were right and he's a loser gacha addict. It's the same reason I believe he will not divorce Kat no matter how unhappy he is/how dysfunctional she is.Never understand why Phil can't come clean and just work to get a sponsorship for his addiction - win win

Second, he can't get sponsorships and he knows it - radioactive online presence, very low view numbers, and specific to WWE Champions trolls used to spam gifs of his O-Face on the game's Twitter feed until they started getting banned en masse. Scopely knows the kind of publicity he'd bring and they don't want or need it. Scopely sponsoring Phil would be on the same level as Sega/Sonic Team sponsoring Chris.
All that money is a tax write off, dood! He won't see that money until next year!Thirdly, you couldn't tell people you can't afford to eat if you don't hit the tips goal whilst spending the money on stream.
Now I am wondering if Burnell Productions is actually profitable or if it has been in the red for years. All that money is a tax write off, dood! He won't see that money until next year!
Burnell Productions is a ponzi scheme but instead of telling the marks that their investment will increase yield, he tells them their money is gone and he needs more of it and promises he'll even out next quarter. Now I am wondering if Burnell Productions is actually profitable or if it has been in the red for years.
Burnell Productions is absolutely profitable. He barely spend anything on it so it's all profit. Now I am wondering if Burnell Productions is actually profitable or if it has been in the red for years.
Then it's not a ponzi scheme, but just a scam.Burnell Productions is a ponzi scheme but instead of telling the marks that their investment will increase yield, he tells them their money is gone and he needs more of it and promises he'll even out next quarter.
Actual chances of a sponsorship from them aside: You're not wrong about him but he's also been slowly moving the goalposts pertaining to him playing the game recently very slowly. It's kind of shocking that he's on an eventual trajectory to talk about it more because he's slowly admitted he outright lies and will lie about what he plays at this point and that he does play mobile games.I can think of at least two reasons: First, it would mean handing the trolls the biggest "W" imaginable. GTG has the theory that Phil did the "accidental exposure" on purpose because he was comfortable with him showing he was playing the game. Of course what he is not saying is that he whales his money on it like there is no tomorrow (119 $ and 19$ on Apple Itunes)Actual chances of a sponsorship from them aside: You're not wrong about him but he's also been slowly moving the goalposts pertaining to him playing the game recently very slowly. I haven't heard GTG in forever. He got really long winded then fell off of YT recs entirely, I assumed his channel got yeeted. Got a link?GTG has the theory that Phil did the "accidental exposure" on purpose because he was comfortable with him showing he was playing the game. But it also shows he is a complete liar. First he said "I quit all mobile games when I got together with Kat" And now it's "I play mobile games AAANNNDDDD?" Lucky for him his cult is too dumb to understand or remember
His channels are still there he was on a long break (I guess he was sick or something) Unfortunately I don't know from the top of my hat in which episode of his recent goutmas episodes he presented his theoryI haven't heard GTG in forever. That is true, and given that it took him two years (+ or -) to change his narrative from "never played gacha after Kat moved in" to "I always playedd once in a while and some of those times I spent a few dollars" without mentioning Champions by name he will probably take years, maybe a decade before he admits anything close to the truth. Then it's not a ponzi scheme, but just a scam.

Edit to avoid double posting.
Also I live again. The forum forced password reset gobbled my account until I could find a workable google exploit to get a lost account back. I was forced to only lurk again like 2016.
Excellent point, and unfortunately because of dent-tractors that cannot plan, formulate proper methodologies, and understand how to fill out paperwork like an adult, he'll get away with bankruptcy #2 just fine also after the people are spammed with le ebic "The Guy" memes until they just shove the paperwork through giving phil yet another indestructible luck moment.Edit: Now that you have made me think about it, the ideal time to announce it would be if/when he goes for a second bankruptcy. Yes, writing off Champions as a business expense is perjury but it would be the perfect victim narrative - he was doing so well and finally had his finances in order after years of difficulty but then he stumbled upon WWE Champions, Scopely got him addicted, and now he has no choice but to declare begruptcy again! It's a very DSP way to admit the truth while dodging responsibility and shutting down any further discussion.
The main reason is, he's too small time for anyone to care: If the bankruptcy trustee had disapproved his application and referred him for perjury charges, that would have created a large amount of work for her (she would have had to testify) with no payoff (there is no incentive system to disapprove fraudulent bankruptcies or oversight to make sure she's not being too lax/too strict). Then the US Attorney or District Attorney would have had to take someone off serious white-collar or organized crime prosecutions to go after a fat begging retard. How is this moop not in federal prison for fraud?
