didnt he join this faction specifically because they dont require any kind of communication? or was that something else?
That is correct, they do not require any communication at all. The only posts Phil has made with this guild that got posted are in the in-game chat app where he got a few weens banned for pointing out he was "DownFromTheRafters".

This second part may be a happy coincidence but many of the members were smart enough to practice basic OPSEC and not use real names or usernames they used elsewhere for their WWE profiles. Somebody like Nigel or Shiro might be able to dox them but when I tried, I came up empty.

Edit:
I'd be willing to bet a very insignificant amount of pennies that one could easily pinpoint the very same text-mannerisms he has in his gulag chat.
We saw it in the leaked texts, he talked the same way he did in the discords. Random use of "lol", claims the trolls were there to ruin everyone's fun, even ordering the mods around (probably because he thinks his spending makes him invincible.... to be fair, they proved his point by booting the weens).

Not to mention "totally not DSP" and DSP stylize it as DOXXed, I can't find anyone else that does that. They also randomly don't/do capitalize "I" when referring to themselves, and there was also some phrase they used that I've heard him use before, but don't remember off hand

Since we're talking about this yet again, I'll just remind that the linguistic analysis is by far the weakest piece of evidence. Not that it doesn't matter, but it's buried under a mountain of other things.

It's like you have the weakest layer of evidence:
- Linguistic analysis, extremely convenient TCMDSP account creation date -up to the minute- explained by DSP's suspension, coincidences between Rafters/DSP on obscure lore, Line, "gem damage" slip, him actually being a gacha gamer addict in the past and spending money on it.

Moderate:
- Impossible profile image, perfect matching schedule of Rafters/DSP, him hinting to all being true in the Discord leaks without noticing, someone spending so much time and effort into impersonating when the plan could have monumentally backfired if DSP decided to show the account from the beginning, weak reasoning for not showing the account, excessive expenses in microtransactions, bank leaks.

High:
- Direct and explicit confirmation by several of his mods on name#XXXX, PFP and developer Id between Rafters/DSP's Discord.

To name the ones that come to mind without elaborating.
You can notice that by the end of the high tier evidence, in order to not be true it would involve several people lying, organized and for no apparent reason, or by means of sophisticated hacking on top of all previous.

You're forgetting the fact that NotDSP elected to get kicked out of faction after faction rather than prove their innocence, and had spent so much money by the time the account was even found, that it was impossible to be a gay-op. Those two were really the highest tier prior to the bank leaks, because they left only one logical conclusion.

And the matching text isn't really evidence at this point, more of a thing to laugh at because it shows how much of a self-aware bad actor Droopy is. He hasn't even bothered trying to play a character, he just ran to a faction that used an app we didn't know about, and then when we found it, he gave up on communicating at all. He knows he can't act.

Cope.

Rare He-Man doll homerotic toy ownership. "Boned." theycallmeDSP. Bank leaks matching up with events in the game in $110.09 increments. sweatyman.jpg "The Immortal" chase card and the twitter profile title change. "I could tell you who the WWE Champions are" hint hint just this month on stream. We can go on....for about 400 plus more pages.

this is still being questioned?

Cause 99.99% doesn’t equal 100 I guess. Works for disinfectant but not for wwe champions
We've been at 100% for a long time. It isn't necessary for a confession from Phil, which is the only thing left. There were only three possibilities, ever, and the other two got ruled out when the figure was determined and then the faction-kicking happened. We never needed the Discord connection, the bank leaks, etc., all that ever did was get it through Phil's thick skull that he's busted, because before all that, he thought he was skating on it.

BTW, based on what you've seen Phil spend in X amount of time in one day, any educated guesses on what he might throw away during the night streams he's skipping next week?

Considering the motherfucker was straight up telling you how his scams work, how he buys gift cards and asks his relatives for gift cards as Christmas presents, he even tells you WWE CHAMPIONS is the worst gacha game he's played, we might be going over 100%

Confession from DSP on any spending on side shit not related to the stream is confirmation he consciously committed bankruptcy fraud by knowingly writing off microtransactions as a business expense for taxes, bankruptcy and whatever else he does.

He'd more likely lie and say he was buying crystal meth than confirm it.

More like a reminder for new people who read here that might have missed all the other evidence, because mentioning things like him using random "lol"s and not capitalizing "I" is negligible in comparison with him taking a selfie with a smoking gun and a corpse on the background, in a metaphorical sense.

They are not that good at OPSEC if a bunch of them link their personal social media to Champions, which shows what I believe are their Facebook photos. (because that was the old way of account recovery)

Couple of examples (some might have been doxed, I know others are not):

If you want to find them, they are certainly not making it difficult for you.
This again? You are posting nuggets when you know what to do.

Just do it then? This is the same with the game id.

Also now you’ve given the chance for these faction members to change or private everything.

The farms isn’t your bidding

I'm not asking anyone to do anything, so don't misunderstand me.

I also hardly care about doxes, specially with random Champions players at this point, but since you seem to give some value to that, I'll remove the images for you.

The gamer ID should be private like I suspected, but it won't do you any good without the number of coins and cash.

in reality DSP already confessed. During his bankruptcy hearing the judge asked him to describe his business expenses and he said microtransactions. Anyone can watch DSPs streams and see he doesn’t spend a dime on microtransactions for his business. But DSP knew that whatever financial shit the judge was looking at would include so many microtransactions that it would make up a major part of his “business” expenses.

I think he might have bought MTX for Hearthstone when he played that, but that is all that comes to mind. Even DLC isn't something he usually buys unless it's part of some tard bundle when he buys the game.

Which is why I would love to know what pigsplaining he gave Nancy for all those iTunes transactions she saw, because I find it hard to believe that she wasn't aware of what his streams are like. Why? Because someone was informing her, someone who knows Phil. She listed off electronics he didn't tell her about at the 341 hearing, as well as asked what WWE Network was. A question he wasn't prepared for, since it's just for watching wrestling.

I don't think he explained jack shit, I think she just wanted him gone, and the fact that he owed money to banks, who raised no fuss, had to have made that decision easy. You don't have to be a part of the vortex to know a dead-beat when you see one. It makes no fucking sense for someone to have 12 credit cards, or make six figures and have no money to pay them off.

DSP is currently in faction feud playing. He is top 100

Just for keeping track of DSP's version on him playing mobile games, his recent statement (mentioned in the other thread by Little Bill and Surly Muppet).

(Admitting to playing mobile games and spending a dollar "here or there")
Timestamp 15:32
I actually do play some mobile games, I do, alright?
The ones that I play are free to play, or incredibly inexpensive, like you spend a dollar here or there to make progress, ok? I do not play the mobile game bullshit that these idiots talk about on the Internet, it's not true.
(Admitting to quitting mobile games when Kat moved in)
Timestamp 40:12
And by the way, I quit all of that stuff when Kat moved in, in 2018, I quit all mobile games, I don't play them anymore. I got rid of them, I said I'd rather focus time on important stuff with my family and stuff, I don't waste time...
They're all- I keep telling you guys this, mobile games are money sinks. They're- you put money into it, you put time into it, and money into it and you don't get anything really out of it unless you're constantly keep playing and sinking more money into it, that's the truth of the matter.
Context matters, the second video is from early 2020, first is from this week, however him admitting to going back to these time / money sinks when he supposedly has very limited time to spend with his wife (can't go overtime by the way), and essentially burning contributions that some of his fans make under the false impression that he's cornered financially -with very limited options because someone else's fault, not his-, is a total disrespect to them.

Just imagine the mental state of dropping even a single $ on something you described as that, he could at least save those for the shipping expenses he complains about when asked if he'd send custom merch to fans (like signed shirts or whatever).
This guy has a ruthless business model, but also lazy and can hardly work without insane whales.

The part I like, in the top clip, is where he glosses over a very big difference between today, and so many years ago: when he was playing Marvel Future Fight, he wasn't also on stream begging for tips that obviously went straight to the game.

Phil's emotions betray him, he's bitching about the fact that he finally got caught being a gacha fiend, and it ruins his ability to pretend he isn't a lying piece of shit.

Oh, and note the part in the 2020 clip where he says mobile games are a money sink, where you don't get anything out of it... unless you keep playing.

So he is taking Saturday off? two things add up to that. Wrestlemania, and the new mode called Faction Boss

Six new characters added to game (tier 2 at best) that can be earned by grinding this event

He's taking Thursday and Saturday night off to "work on his taxes". Very interesting choices.
