Phil knows damn full and well that trying to pull that kind of shit with Bank of America would be fucking suicide, and even if it wasn't, that's WAY too much work for him. Besides, Phil never contacted "TheyCallMeDSP" or anyone at Scopely to do something about that account making him look bad, did he? That says all we need to know, not about the validity of his claims, but about the true motivation behind his lies, and how committed he is off-camera to pushing his bullshit narrative. He CANNOT bring himself to go whole-ass on being full of shit, that's too hard and too brave for the likes of him. Yacht Guy from the 341 hearing is the one I could see being so brazen as to commit fraud by asserting fraud to a figure of authority, not the pigroach. Phil is, after all, the one who already committed fraud, but NOT by asserting fraud he knew wasn't. He did it by lying about his living expenses and being vague about the separation between what he spends for his business and what that entails.I love how the transactions from the checking account are framing Phil supposedly but yet he won't report them as fraud to his bank to get the account closed due to refunding his tips that help this thread the most right now.
I... actually didn't think about that... huh...There's no way Phil could report the iTunes charges to the bank because I guarantee that they at least once cut off his spending until he called them and verified that he was the one making the outrageous charges.
I think you only have to do that once. I know GOG used to have a fit with my bank being that its Polish. And finally my bank was like, you can just white list them you know?I... actually didn't think about that... huh...
That's actually perhaps the best destruction of his claim there is, because if that's the case, that his bank actually once suspected fraud, on its own, and took the step of freezing his account, there's no way he can assert to have not known about the charges, and it 100% proves he made them, because otherwise they would've stopped after that.
Good catch. I didn't make it myself because I'm not used to my bank thinking I've had my identity stolen when it wasn't, seeings how I don't spend so much money every single fucking day like an idiot. lol
Has me wondering about how many times that has happened, too... Imagine if we could get a leaked record of THAT?
Don't forget that person would have to link the account to Phil's Phone Number, email, and Discord accountThought of this: we no longer had any doubts about the troll theory, but if we had, the leaks, and even Phil's own words, would've erased them. There's no way someone else created an account with that name, kept it a secret for years, spent over $40k, AND committed fraud on his Bank of America account, stealing thousands of dollars from him, for months, in order to help sell the gay op by using his own money to play Champions. No fucking way. Not only is the likelihood of that way beyond plausibility, but it of course raises even further the question of how in the fuck did Phil not catch that? Especially since he knew for months about "NotDSP", and every reason in the world to be suspicious of a bunch of iTunes transactions he didn't remember making, because he knows that's a Champions tie-in. And the biggest kicker of them all: there's no way Phil would refrain from bitching loudly that some troll was framing him AND stealing his money to do it. We know him. It is enough that he make no such claims about fraud until AFTER the leaks, he was busted, and left with very few options. It means he's lying. Every damn time.
Phil may as well have gone with the old "My evil twin did it", because his original explanation was every bit as much what a child would try to pull out of sheer panic and idiocy.
The troll would also need access to Phil's appleID and PW, so he could access Phil's app store account, so he could get Phil's payment information, and charge Phil.Don't forget that person would have to link the account to Phil's Phone Number, email, and Discord account
Ah, but it wasn't his Apple account, it was DownFromTheRafters' Apple account, which is a totally separate person! You see, Phil's bank account was actually hooked up to two separate Iphones and Apple never flagged anything suspicious from getting simultaneous activity on two different phones in different physical locations at the same time, where one of them is a mature adult and the other is a slanderous gacha addict.Yeah, how does he explain that the "fraudulent" transactions are not only on his bank account but also his own Apple account?

You know he said the fraudulent transactions he talked about were years ago, and referring to chargebacks? nothing to do with the bank leaksYeah, how does he explain that the "fraudulent" transactions are not only on his bank account but also his own Apple account? Because if a thief uses your money to buy stuff on THEIR app store, you can easily furnish proof that somebody has stolen from you, and you didn't make any such purchases yourself. For you to be up shit creek without a paddle, a troll would have to break into fucking everything you have, making it look as thoroughly like your work as physically possible.
And what are the odds somebody that pulled off here? Really? Especially when you consider that this is on top of somebody supposedly making a Champions account to tie to Phil for embarrassment (even though that wouldn't work without his unwitting cooperation, which is a hell of a gamble for $40k), which in of itself is hard to believe for a number of reasons.
The longer you look at this bullshit, the more it stinks, and the more pathetic Phil looks for trying to act like this mountain of evidence is all conveniently fake, despite the sheer implausibility of that. There's only so much stuff that can line up perfectly with what we expect Phil to actually be doing himself before anyone with a functioning brain can go "Okay, it has been him the entire time and he's lying about everything."
Not to mention the greatest evidence of all: the fact that this is the same guy who lies about everything, including how much money he makes, because he knows that if he fesses up to clearing $100k a year, his bankruptcy proceedings prove without a shadow of doubt that it disappears into a black hole with nothing to show for it. Champions being that black hole is way more believable than ALL of this being a coordinated effort to frame him.
The pigroach won't do this because he's a pigroach, but he may as well just fess up. He has nowhere else to go, falling silent isn't going to make it go away. It's surely what he'll do, but it isn't going to work. I won't be surprised to find someone is working on attaining proof that Bank of America alerted him to a suspicious number of iTunes transactions on his bank account and he told them it was him. See him pigsplain that one.
Robust and flavorful two factor authenticated framing dood, real sick in the head shit! Some would argue Derich agrees with him. There's no way Phil could report the iTunes charges to the bank because I guarantee that they at least once cut off his spending until he called them and verified that he was the one making the outrageous charges.
And that would mean being able to intercept Phil's messages and emails without him ever noticing. And somehow holding back the urge to leak his text messages or emails, especially any messages to and from his whales.Don't forget that person would have to link the account to Phil's Phone Number, email, and Discord account
That was a retcon. Phil was very clearly addressing the leaks when he talked about fraudulent charges, and besides that he has no reason to bring up chargebacks from years ago now. Especially since, historically, he only ever mentions them when it's time to beg for tips. And in those mentions, he never before talked about supposedly needing a lawyer to help him deal with supposed identity theft, which he claimed after the leaks. You know he said the fraudulent transactions he talked about were years ago, and referring to chargebacks? nothing to do with the bank leaks
He’s using his own nugget of truth analogy, by saying little enough so it could be interpreted as the recent leaks whilst not out and out lying. It’s to obfuscate the whole thing. That was a retcon. He panicked, gave a stupid explanation, and then did what only a pigroach can get away with: a real-life do-over.
Dude, his immediate reaction was to claim the iTunes charges we saw in the documents were fraudulent, which was the dumbest option possible. THEN he tried to muddy the waters, after he realized his mistake. He’s using his own nugget of truth analogy, by saying little enough so it could be interpreted as the recent leaks whilst not out and out lying. There was no panic at all, he’s very careful at talking through his scams.
That shows Phil and his fans are the ones who don't know how the real world works, since if you get hacked in actual reality and tell your bank/credit card company, the first things they do are to close your account, start a new one, issue new cards, etc. None of that happens in Phil's reality though---first the guy obsessed with every penny didn't notice thousands were being stolen from him, then just kept the account open because he says so. Total fiction.I love how the transactions from the checking account are framing Phil supposedly but yet he won't report them as fraud to his bank to get the account closed due to refunding his tips that help this thread the most right now.
Phil probably got the monthly sweatywoman.jpg chase card too, which means he will do dating missions, but only in this matching three bejeweled skin. Debunked!
He really goes to such ridiculous lengths to prove he's not a WWE Champions junkie. A complete compulsive liar to the core. I mean, Mike Tyson is very old and way out of his prime. The hulkster could just run circles around him and tire him out. While he was in WCW, Hogan said that a pay-per-view bout between himself and Mike Tyson was supposed to commence. Hogan’s excuse as to why it didn't happen? “Tyson was too scared.”
