In the same fashion, why not do anything meaningful with all that fucking time. All the excuses not to exercise or go do fun stuff outside the house all so he can play this shit.Imagen dying because you spent all your money on a mobile game but cheaped out on health care.
Should have maxed out that health bar.
There is something weird going on in culture and before I carry on, Phil is NOT a victim...I'd just like to see the general practices in these games banned or at least limited. Japan had a huge gacha problem and banned the worst of the practices. I think they'd run afoul of consumer protection laws in a lot of states, too. Just the practice of even calling them "free" when they really aren't, because the game is absolutely crippled without paying, is deceptive advertising. Devaluing things you have already acquired is also deceptive. In many states, just presenting a product as something it isn't is considered consumer fraud. Some of these laws have provisions like triple damages, too, so if you could find specific violations, their ripoffs could cost them dearly. I'm not sure how similar Japan's consumer fraud laws are to ours, but I bet an attack like Japan used could work, and is probably a model to look toward, because they have more experience with gacha shit, and it's still very popular there.
And tax fraud is even bigger...Not confessing to bankruptcy fraud is a pretty big reason.
That he had 3 while lying about having any is fucking LOL!I've noticed something, checking the post that @architect made, DSP had at least 3 Discord accounts around April 2020:
dspgaming@hotmail.com darksydephil@hotmail.com burnellpp@yahoo.com
I've tried entering those in Discord, but it tells me that burnellpp@yahoo.com does not currently have an account, while the other 2 do:

So going by architect's post, DSP deleted one. Now the question is, was it the WWE game's one or some other? It's not definitive, but this could explain TheyCallMeDSP#4058 getting deleted some months back.
His behaviour and actions are not doing him any favours.
DownFromTheRafters is a direct wrestling reference to when Sting thought he was The Crow and would come, you guessed it, down from the rafters to swing a bat at the NWO. It was one of those things that even casual wrasslin fans would know since it was one of the hottest angles at the time, and you couldn't not see it on WCW broadcasts.DownFromTheRafters is too many letters allowed by the game so no way it was automatically generated.
Phil is such a whale that Scopely not only changed his name twice, they also allowed a username two characters more than the game allows.
Poker sites (at least the ones that are not outright scams and those are easily avoidable) are nowhere near as predatory as gacha. The rake is up front, despite bullshit claims from losing players the RNG is legit, and any cheating/collusion is from other players. It's also fairly easy to win regularly with a bit of discipline. You can be pretty sure the rules aren't going to suddenly change in the middle of a hand and a straight isn't suddenly going to beat a flush.I play online poker, I've seen poker sites and apps come and go. But there is one app that is making more money than any other app called WSOP.

Imagine if Texas Poker games got auction-style microtransactions where you put in real money before the flop, river and turn and whoever puts in the most money gets the best possible flop, river or turn for their hand at that exact moment.Important update to poker!
We've added 4 new cards, the S of hearts, S of diamonds, S of clubs, and S of spades! These new S rank cards are more powerful than even the Aces! Pre order all 4 of these new cards for only $99.99! Have fun!
GrossRevenue in there under PlayerVipInfoManager. The amount spent on this game is downloaded to the phone. Does "VIP Info Manager" ring a bell to anyone who has the app?Could you imagine if someone was able to spoof NotDSPs info and get the values for those fields? There would be so many tractormeems in ActuallyDSPs chat, he'd be complaining about his lower back hurting from all of the LIMBs he'd be handing out on the daily.Want to know something interesting? If you disassemble the WWE Champions APK, there's a field calledGrossRevenuein there underPlayerVipInfoManager. The amount spent on this game is downloaded to the phone. Does "VIP Info Manager" ring a bell to anyone who has the app?
I suspect this only works for the user you're logged in as, since this class also has stuff about "displaying subscription status" and similar.

What would be nice is to get a RAM dump of the process while viewing Phil;'s profile. If the GrossRevenue does happen to get downloaded, it'd be in there somewhere, probably close to his name and points total and all that.I don't think I have ever seen that option in the game, but I will take a harder look at it later.
It might just be the total amount of in game currency he has spent, but we can still extrapolate the cost based on what the currency costs. What would be nice is to get a RAM dump of the process while viewing Phil;'s profile. Owen Hart came down from the rafters as well.DownFromTheRafters is a direct wrestling reference to when Sting thought he was The Crow and would come, you guessed it, down from the rafters to swing a bat at the NWO. I never claimed the site were gacha sites, I'm saying it's weird that people are spending money on fake currency in the WSOP app to gamble away with each other while ignoring real money poker where you can cash out your winnings.Poker sites (at least the ones that are not outright scams and those are easily avoidable) are nowhere near as predatory as gacha. Stahp that right now!Owen Hart came down from the rafters as well.
