If California (which so far is the only state in the union threatening to do this) locks down again the cities will be on fire. Must be looking for cheap real estate/federal gibs.
No, if the entire nation fully locked down again tomorrow, there would be minimal protest. There might be some fringe literal peaceful protests (instead of """peaceful protests""") but they will be deemed dangerous and everyone involved would be arrested.

Realistically the lockdown orders might not be followed to a T since people had a taste of freedom, or maybe the lockdown orders will be lighter, like a curfew or a cap on the number of people inside, but our freedoms would be successfully restricted again at least to some extent.

Big city Californians (SF/SJ, LA, SD) tend to be the most easily swayed and have little conviction.

Caught this on Twitter just now

I think its a kinda cute meme that hits hard. The vaccinator can almost sense something may infact be wrong with everything

Literally short circuits and starts talking about aliens

Wondering if this is some sort of regret Coping mechanism

To be fair to the twatter poster, I think she means to say that the person who sent her the meme believes aliens are disguising themselves as demons or vice-versa.
I.E. "I was just sent this meme by someone who believes [insert lunacy]"

We are all literally retarded. Especially me for posting it.

Now, it was more about the insane amount vaccine coping happening.

The current talking point seems to be they work, but yet everywhere you look besides the united states they do not work.

So...we as intelligent creatures should be able to figure out the government is just flat out lying to us about Vaccinated cases and deaths. I have come across dozens are articles lately that speak of "No vaccinated patients" anywhere to be found in hospitals.

Why is the woman tasked with walking around all day while giving out shots wearing a dress and heels?
Not scrubs and clogs, not casual and tennis shoes. No a dress and heels.

At best, its just a staged op for the newsmedia, at worst this is the level of forethot the government workers put into this vaccination campaign.

Tennessee just passed something similar and there has been a lot of coping, seething and dilating.
Apparently Tennessee is going to be the apocalypse that South Dakota, Georgia, Florida and Texas never were.

Interesting to see how, if at all, they will react to this.
Between constitutional concealed carry, a state that’s open to nuclear power (most recently launched reactor in the nation) and Memphis really wanting to lean into being the premiere medical hub of the South to repair its (deserved) reputation, Tennesseans can be pretty based politically but they keep stumbling into bad representatives economically, and on a local level they tend to “leave good enough alone” which results in some things (particularly zoning) making things unnecessarily difficult for the natives.
