displaced transport workers (tricycle drivers, jeepney drivers, etc...) have been employed temporarily by the government to work as porters for relief operations
a suburb in the province of Taytay, Rizal was grabbing and fighting with the government workers over the relief goods that are being distributed. because of the lawlessness, they were cut off from the free relief goods. In response, they run amok and staged a strike outside
The flip president Duterte has his birthday today, and sent this picture as shown what is his essentially, his birthday celebration. the presidential palace has been in lockdown since yesterday due to a politician going in and out of the palace has been tested positive for the wuflu.
In other news, 1 ton of vegetables became rotten due to decrease of buyers because of the quarantine. farmers are now pleading with the government that they buy the vegetables so they can use it as relief goods
Some provinces has decided to distribute live chickens to residents as relief goods. this is done in order to process the distribution of goods faster and squirming around the chicken gate pass tax.
"donated" PPE equipment has arrived from chinkyland and will go straight to Chinese General Hospital. I can personally vouch for the hospital since all the time I was there, i had a satisfactory experience. I dunno about the patients though, most of the patients (pre-wuflu) were mainland chinky prinks who think they own the place. I pray for their safety.
Grocery stores within malls have switched from social distancing lines to basically limited people inside the grocery per hour.
Only Rice in a Box is the only one still open and selling cooked food inside the grocery stores all the other food stalls have closed for the rest of the quarantine period.
