Pfizer and BioNTech have started clinical trials of a new Covid vaccine which targets the Omicron variant.

The companies plan to test the protection gained from the new vaccine as a booster jab and as three separate jabs in unvaccinated people.

More than 1,400 adults are expected to be enrolled in the trial, likely to be in the United States.

Three separate jabs for the unvaxxed still, wow far from unexpected though, I guess. More $$$ for them!

US company Moderna is planning to begin trials of its own Omicron-specific shot soon.

Oxford University and AstraZeneca have also started working on a new version of their vaccine.

Vaccine developers had always planned to tweak their original Covid vaccines as new variants emerged, but the arrival of the fast-spreading Omicron strain in the last two months has hastened that process.

Hastened?? It's been two years!

And looks like they're all giving an Omicron jab a go. Why Omicron? Why not Delta? Would the jab for Delta have caused ADE?

In the trial of the new vaccine, 615 adults will receive two doses of the current Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, followed by one or two doses of the Omicron-targeted jab.

A second group of 600 who received three doses of the current vaccine will get another of the current one or the Omicron vaccine.

Finally, a small group of 200 unvaccinated adults will receive three doses of the new Omicron-targeted shot.

Those 200 unvaxxed made it this far only to give in to an even more pointless jab than before.

Obvious: Delta was just a trial phase. It was too late to be of any use towards Alpha. Then the data comes out that it didn't work (and that natural immunity was better at protecting against Delta anyway).

Omicron is proving the jabs failed. Of course, they can't admit that. People's trust in the vaccines is slipping like crazy, even normies are questioning a fourth jab. So, they need to make an new and improved vaccine this time.

Not to long ago someone posted an imagine on a Discord chat I was in of the most disgusting thing I have ever seen, it was this series of clotted veins sitting on a paper towel that looked like a red tree as somehow all of the different branching paths were intact. They said it was COVID but I'm certain that is not the case. I assume it must of been from a deceased person.


The official mask mandate for NZ secondary schools (primary schools are probably the same but I can't confirm) -

• Mask wearing is mandatory indoors for staff and students. It is recommended at all times.
• Masks will be available in classrooms if students forget to bring one
• If a student refuses to wear a mask, the teacher may ask to see their Face Covering Exemption. If they do not hold one then offer the student a mask. If refusal continues, the teacher will refer them from the classroom.

So if a student refuses to wear a mask then they are going to be sent to detention and denied education. The school year starts next week and it's currently summer and expected to be hot.


Also the message to schools from the secretary of education -

"It is important now, as we have for the last two years, to play our part. As you would expect, a booster requirement will soon be put in place for the Education workforce, so please have you and your staff boosted and encourage parents and whānau of children over the age five to 11 years to get their first vaccination."

I'm pretty sure the only people that expected a "booster" to be mandated are the people that get called "anti vax" and a "conspiracy theorist".

In all the very covidian west coast states, the mandates have zero exceptions for people with breathing problems or any other disability, which I always thought was the most sickening part of the whole farce. The Government’s “grossly unethical” uses of its “nudge unit” inflated fear among the public during the Covid pandemic, psychologists have said - prompting MPs to launch an investigation into scare adverts.

A group of psychologists have written to Parliament’s Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee, warning that a team of civil servants dedicated to “nudging” public behaviour during the pandemic were unaccountable and unethical.
The signatories said it was “highly questionable whether a civilised society should knowingly increase the emotional discomfort of its citizens as a means of gaining their compliance”.
The letter added: “Government scientists deploying fear, shame and scapegoating to change minds is an ethically dubious practice that in some respects resembles the tactics used by totalitarian regimes such as China, where the state inflicts pain on a subset of its population in an attempt to eliminate beliefs and behaviour they perceive to be deviant.”
The Government’s “nudge unit” was established in the Cabinet Office in 2010 and is designed to apply behavioural science principles to public policy.
It has been used to encourage the public to pay their taxes, turn up in court and donate their organs when they die.
It is officially known as the “behavioural insights team”, but little is known about how it actually operates.



The unit was used to encourage compliance with coronavirus regulations during the pandemic.
One advert showed a close-up photo of an intensive care patient in a mask, with the caption: “Look her in the eyes and tell her you never bend the rules.”
Another said: “Look him in the eyes and tell him you always keep a safe distance”.
The letter drew attention to a government memo from March 2020, which suggested that “the perceived level of personal threat needs to be increased among those who are complacent” and called for more frightening messaging.
