When I was pregnant with my first my mother sent me dozens of articles about parents who laid their children down for naps and then just walk away (to cook dinner? For 4 hours??) until they eventually did remember that they had a small child only to find them face down in a mattress. Fuck, set up a packnplay for nap time and have that near you if you need to be in another part of the house for hours that makes it impossible to stop what your doing for 5 minutes to check on your sleeping infant.
