Hot damn, I was waiting for this one to finally drop. I attached a copy of the judge's order to the post for anyone who wants to read it.

This one's a fun one to read, the judge is pissed.

The Navy provides a religious accommodation process, but by all accounts, it is theater. The Navy has not granted a religious exemption to any vaccine in recent memory. It merely rubber stamps each denial. The Navy servicemembers in this case seek to vindicate the very freedomsthey have sacrificed so much to protect.3 The COVID-19 pandemic provides the government no license to abrogate those freedoms. There is no COVID-19 exception to the First Amendment. There is no military exclusion from our Constitution.

His rundown of the context and background of the case is excellent, and show you just how much of a farce the claim of a religious exemption existing was.

Religious exemptions to the vaccine requirement are virtually non-existent. In the past seven years, the Navy has not granted a religious exemption to any vaccine requirement.

To adjudicate a religious accommodation request, the Navy uses a six-phase, fifty-step process. See Supp. Decl. of Andrew Stephens, Ex. 1, ECF No. 62. Although “all requests for accommodation of religious practices are assessed on a case-by-case basis,” Phase 1 of the Navy guidance document instructs an administrator to update a prepared disapproval template with the requester’s name and rank. Id. Based on this boilerplate rejection, Plaintiffs believe that this process is “pre-determined” and sidesteps the individualized review required by law.

A fine example of the process is the punishment (skip to page 10 of the order if you want to see a walkthrough of the process, it's like something out of a Monty Python sketch in terms of how comedically skewed it is), and the rejections are a prewritten template. How uncharacteristically efficient.

Several Plaintiffs have been directly told by their chains of command that “the senior leadership of Naval Special Warfare has no patience or tolerance for service members who refuse COVID-19 vaccination for religious reasons and wants them out of the SEAL community.”

Once again, defendants running their mouth give away that a regulation that is required to be neutral and not motivated by invidious reasons is anything but. Warms my black heart every time some idiot shoots themselves in the foot like this.

The actual reasoning and analysis that makes up the bulk of the order is clear and direct, and should be pretty friendly to any non-lawyers who'd like to get a look at how First Amendment religious freedoms function in the context of the US military. Of special interest might be the fact that one of the cases we've been following on this thread made its appearance as a source of guidance here -- it's the BST Holdings case, aka the original 5th Circuit case that really got the ball rolling against the OSHA EST mandate that is going before the Supreme Court this Friday!

As an added bonus, the judge involved here, Reed O'Connor, is one that has a long history of pissing off certain people -- he's the judge who attempted to kill the ACA, and has also tangled with the trans in bathrooms issue. Here's some MSNBC seethe for your amusement. (Archive)

Can you imagine if 3 - 4 years ago, when people would get sick in winter, if other people had started ree-ing, screeching, chimping and saying that those people deserved to die if they didn't get the seasonal flu shot?

I don't feel especially well today, I'm pretty sure I'm fighting some illness. I haven't been anywhere so if I do have something then Gawd must've sent an angel to cough on me in the night.

I'm vaccinated, so I guess I deserve to live.

I am so very tired of all the folks treating each other like crap over the dumbest things.

The amount of governments that openly admit to doing this just to piss people off and oppress them is astounding. It's the sort of thing you used to only hear from communist dictators who run networks of gulags. It doesn't matter if you're vaxxed or unvaxxed, if your leaders are saying this than you have evil leaders and it's absolutely, 100% morally just to fuck with the government and anyone who works for it in any way you can.

Meanwhile, I just got back from another trip, which involved two completely full planes and super crowded airports.

Still not vaxxed...still not dead.

I've done and gone places this past year that should have killed me. That is, if the virus was as deadly as they are saying.
 
So the missus has just rung to say she's tested positive on a rapid test at work.

Double vaxxed. Only symptoms is a slightly sore throat. She's been told to wear PPE and keep on trucking as they're turning her unit into a Covid ward anyway.

She is NOT happy about it. Why the fuck can't she get 2 weeks off work like everyone else has? Lmao.

As a matter of interest I took one of the tests that she'd left lying around at home, they have billions of the things at her hospital and she'd grabbed a few. Fuck me I'm still negative. I'm sleeping with this woman for God's sake and I still can't catch it.

I haven't seen this in the last couple of pages, so I apologize if this was already mentioned.

Daily Expose maintains a website cataloging vaccine batch codes of Moderna, Janssen, and Pfizer and compares it to VAERS data in terms of deaths/illnesses/disabilities from the vaccines. Although the associated videos linked in the webpage have been removed from Bitchute, clicking on the batch code links will bring you to a tabulated data sheet. Please note that total doses distributed or manufactured for each lot are not listed. It is difficult to say how many of each batch were wasted due to expiry or other issues (eg: vaccines were left unrefrigerated or at the incorrect temperature range too long), as the website does not list that as well.

I will use Moderna's lot # webpage as an example. Note that the top lot #s are among the highest in ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction) tallies. Those lot numbers also happen to be the first distributed. As you know, beginning December 2020, the first vaccines were distributed in the US, with distribution meted out in phases (ie: healthcare workers would have the vax available to them first in phase 1A, immunocompromised and elderly would receive the vaccine in phase 1B or phase 2, etc.). This means that healthcare workers and other essential personnel were more likely to receive incredibly flawed batches.

"Eager" lemmings aren't that essential. When the metal hits the meat, they tend to shut down and start screaming histrionically during actual crises. The hold-outs are the only ones we'll want around when things start popping off for real. Anyone who's more concerned with "rules" than morals (or the type of people who demonstrate their critical thinking skills by claiming products without warranty are "safe and effective") isn't worth much.

I tried to google search to find an article I was reading about the many cases of cancer that have arisen post vaccine and the many cases in remission suddenly raging back to life, but google acts like it never heard of the authors I searched.

Originally people with autoimmune or high risk for autoimmune diseases were supposed to "approach with caution" on this vaccine. Now it's forced on everyone. Seems they knew something at the outset...

Everybody in my family, including my 90 year old grandpa, survived fine without it. Others seem to have good results though.

Everyone is testing like maniacs in CA right now. I've sold all my spare home tests, to desperate people, and if I was a better businessperson I'd order another batch and start raising prices.

One of my bosses, who is probably in his 50s, is unvaccinated and has Covid. We chatted yesterday and he had a nasty cough, and was worried, but also had enough energy to have gone into his private office to try and work. Towards the end of the call he got tired and I talked him into going home to rest.

My other boss told the office chat that his kids had Covid and sent us pictures of them spending Christmas in their room on the other side of a plastic barrier.
