Pastor Artur Pawlowski was charged along with his brother Dawid and Whistle Stop restaurant owner Christopher Scott.

According to the Calgary Herald, Pawlowski had broken two previous court orders to follow public health measures, and Alberta Health Services sought to place him in jail for 21 days. However, Court of Queen's Bench Justice Adam Germain said that doing so "would simply martyr him."

The judge ruled that in addition to being fined and put on probation, they have to also preach science if they continue to fight COVID-19 public health rules, according to CBC.

This means they have to present medical expert opinions and facts when preaching anti-mask narratives.

Judge Germain said that Scott and the Pawlowskis "have contributed to this ominous health situation" and "encouraged others to doubt the legitimacy of the pandemic."

The judge added that this included inciting followers to go against public health restrictions, and gathering in large groups while unmasked. The article also noted that the Pawlowskis "denied health officials entry to their church in Dover, a neighbourhood in southeast Calgary."

Pastor Pawlowski now has to pay his $23,000 fine and serve 18 months probation during which he must obey all Alberta Health Services orders and provide 120 hours of community service work.

I know it's fucking Leafland but compelled/forced speech is still unconstitutional. This is outrageous. The judge should be disbarred.

First off, fucking saved, but my main concern is that he faked that 3rd dose. Even has "JAB" at the end, spelled incorrectly, teehee! Plus it's a fake order number anyway; Keithy Boy got sloppy.

It could be a huge factor in outcomes.

Most kids get those vaccines whereas most adults, I presume, aren't up to date on their boosters for their childhood vaccinations.

I'm watching the Fauci 'documentary' now. Don't worry, they didn't get any of my money. I stole the film from the internet. Anyways, about ten minutes in. My first impression is to wonder how he has this time to shoot a documentary about himself while he's supposedly managing the worst pandemic ever in the history of ever.

After brushing up on Munchausen's-by-proxy syndrome, it's making a lot of sense to me that these documentaries kissing his ass were the real end goal of his entire methodology for handling Covid.

He was on the "literally who" podcast circuit a while back shilling the third dose. Not even virology or immunology shows because they would call him out.

A couple of choice quotes...

Curiously, the movie never mentions any research he's ever done, nor presents any scientific evidence. It does, however, contain Fauci repeatedly insisting he only follows the science without ever presenting any detail. Seriously, Loose Change was more convincing than this.

This movie is so weird. Who's convinced by this? After having seen this movie, I fully believe all the critics' reviews were bought and paid for. Perhaps some NIH press management fund or something?

So, our favourite Branch Covidian was on TV (as usual), and he outright admitted that they had known for months that more people have been vaccinated than officially counted. They just didn't want to give fodder to the conspiracy theorists.
The same guy also constantly rants that the unvaxxed are at fault for everything, and that we need a much higher vaccination quota before we can even think of normalcy.
That same guy is probably gonna be our next federal minister for health.
