I mean if they all got injected then, yes, they did get "spiked", jokes aside, I found that two dead being teenagers more telling, it'll be the first time I've ever heard of teens kicking the bucket due to cardiac arrests via drugs and I've seen some shit at concerts, but never seen that.
Cardiac arrest is the fall-back when the coroner doesn't have a precise cause of death, which would apply in this case because the crowd stampeded and trampled a bunch of people. Their hearts stopped because they were crushed to death.

Assuming a push for universal vaccination of children in this group, they would talking about administering up to 56 million doses of the Pfizer vaccine to prevent up to 28 COVID deaths and instead cause a minimum of 2,800 cases of Myocarditis. So this is a thing.
Everyone who dies experiences cardiac arrest, it just means your heart stopped beating. So accordingly, it's what the ME or whoever will state as the proximate cause when they aren't sure what exactly led up to your heart stopping. They'll figure that part out eventually. Whether we will get to hear the truth about it is always up for debate.
A curious thing I've noticed is that some provinces of Canada, the UK, even Nazi Oz have broader exemptions for the vaccine than the USA. The CDC has narrowed it down to "the first one nearly killed you." Literally. If you had an anaphylactic reaction to the first shot, you can be excused from the second one. If you had myocarditis MAYBE you can be excused. But one reason for all the religious exemptions and mass panic around the mandates in the USA is that most companies and schools are accepting ZERO or nearly zero medical exemptions. I have personally seen appeals from people who had Guillain-Barre, congenital heart disease, cancer, high risk pregnancy, and multiple anaphylactic reactions to other allergens/drugs get turned down without so much as an apology. It's the craziest thing I have ever seen. Also, most doctors won't even write the note in the first place! I know a guy who has a legit reason but his doctor "won't get involved." Their licensing groups are pressuring and threatening them.
