If you choose to shit yourself there is no way to clean yourself within a heavily populated ten mile walking radius. If you choose to get stabbed you will receive medical attention immediately and make a full recovery after a week.

ill take getting stabbed. it will be a more fun story and hopefully leave a cool looking scar. plus, if im carrying that day it gives me a legal chance to go total nigger death on some hood rat who stabbed me.

I mean, the only way that people might notice is possibly is from a weird way you're walking or otherwise the stench.

Fair point, and if you shit yourself after getting stabbed it's much less embarrassing, plus you don't even have to worry about cleaning it since the nurses will do that for you.

Honestly I don't even know why you wouldn't choose to get stabbed at this point.
