Hello. A lot of people have been becoming transgender recently. Would you phalloplasty your penis? Also, if you get the sex change operation and has your penis removed, is it possible for people to be able to perhaps phalloplasty a penis or is this only for people who were born bilogical as women. However if it is used for them, in theory could it work to give a man back his penis if he decides to get the sex change operation and then changed his mind and wanted his penis back 20 years later. But would the penis still be functional in that situation?
 
The newest procedure is to find a MtF and a FtM and swap their genitals, completely avoiding the issue of phalloplastying a penis out of nothing.

If you see that someone's genitals are a different color from the rest of their skin, it's probably because of this.
