Would an Indigenous American militia be based? - Not saying it would end well, just asking if it's justified.

A lot of people use the "we originated from here and it's our land" in their reason for an ethno state in a geographic area for their own kind. But when an non-native American say this, their only excuse is that Europeans built it and the natives was just lazy and coulnd't protect it. But if the Indigenous Americans started organizing and [fed post] to take back their land, wouldn't it be justified?

btw, I have never meet an Indigenous American

Why use guns?

Just play by less rules and take everyone else's money. Sell under-taxed cigs, gas, and gambling and you'll be swimming in it.

The reality is that might makes right. Moral justifications and criticisms is the job of politicians and historians.
So in principle if they could form a militia and if they could overthrow the US and if they could chase out all the non-Indians then yeah that would very likely be very based! I do however think it would fail and that would be very cringe...
