Well, lessee if I can interpret this thing.
Okay, the top panel looks like the bird-eye view of a vast airport runway. Also, there appears to be a white building, presumably an airplane hanger of some sort and, for reasons that totally escape me, an immense cake with green icing on top. Two figures, one blue and one orange, are either running or flying around the landing strips. Their courses parallel and plotted out with lines Family Circus style.
The second panel, which takes up the rest of the page, shows a blue creature and a green creature in a complicated dance - possibly choreographed by Twyla Tharp. Going from left to right, the Blue creature appear to pee while performing a jete as the green creature sidesteps looking disgusted. Then Green strikes a sort of Bob Fosse pose and waves at a passing purple streak while Blue looks on discontentedly, perhaps irked that Green is ignoring the puddle of urine. Blue does a high kick as Green, inexplicably grown to three times his original size, leaps for joy as his genitals explode with delight.
Next, Green's lower limbs disappear as he waves to Blue, who appears to have curled up into a disconsolate ball. Or perhaps he's just taking a nap. Either way, Green is suddenly sick (perhaps the smell of Blue's urine?) and barfs up something orange. Blue is still curled up in a ball. Suddenly, Blue is uncurled and both Blue and Green do "jazz hands." The page ends with the curtain coming down, it's pattern clearly based on a Jackson Pollock painting.
