I finally managed to replicate the way Chris holds a pen.
WTF how did he come to the conclusion that he should hold it like that.

Maybe that's why he can't type without a bunch of grammatical/spelling errors, his fingers just don't work good anymore from holding his pencil in such a convoluted manner.

Ok. I admit. I don't understand how Chris letters his comic. Does he cut out the dialog and paste it, and then scan the comic, or does he scan the comics in, and type the dialog in Microsoft Paint?

He apparently uses Photoshop for the text so he more than likely establishes a box to type in within the text bubble and then types

Another factor, unless it has already been pointed out, is that Chris doesn't care if he makes a mistake. At 1:02 he says "I messed up there but I'll work with it." Now giving benefit of the doubt he didn't care if since it's a video. That said he has just tried to cover up fuck ups in the past.

Breaking the 4th wall is a delicate style of comedy that few can pull off. Chris is not one of those people.
