People are saying 3rd world shitholes, but I disagree. Autists in those places just fixate on stuff like animal herds or crop rotation or blacksmithing and become known as the local loner that is really good at one skill.
America is arguably the worst because, while material wealth is far easier to access in theory, in practice you have to follow unwritten esoteric social rules to get and keep any kind of good job, mainly because of our retarded HR departments. Job interviewer or HR lady gets the ick? You're screwed, nothing you can do, lol. It's almost an unwritten law that you have to be a normie and willing to play social games, to get and keep an office job.

Exception is warehouse or trade type jobs because the former will hire anyone and the latter is less affected by HR nags. But both of those will wreck your body long-term and despite the claimed shortage of blue-collar workers, good-paying jobs in those fields are not consistently available. It's way easier to be an antisocial shut-in or work part-time/gig jobs/odd jobs (albeit bad for success long-term) so lots of American autists just end up like that.
