I think it might be coco fiber, and what looks like a bit of moss. Pac-Mans (Pac-Men?) like to burrow so coir is a good substrate for them because it's easy to dig in and it holds moisture really well. It looks like sand though because it's dry as hell and needs to be moistened.

I'm curious to see if he's stupid enough to try hand feeding it in a video.

In the Anti-Trump one he declared that the Confederacy should rise again. Before even bickering about Syria he complained chiefly about minorities, so I'm guessing he's fallen in with White Nationalism and Eugenics. That's pretty ironic considering his own situation.

These videos disgusts me. For those out of the loop, Bill Nelson is a Democratic United States senator from Florida. He deeply loves the natural beauty of his state and is the public face of the environmentalist movement to preserve the Everglades by killing off alien species like pythons. Pythons are nonnative species run rampant in Florida and fucking eat everything, including gators. They have no natural predators in America. In some areas mammal populations went down 90% due to the fuckers. They directly put dozens of endangered species of animals at risk. Everyone in Florida hates them. And Boaman has a fit at the mere suggestion of doing the reasonable thing and killing the fucking abominations. Fuck him and fuck everyone else who says these fucking serpents should be allowed to take over the fucking state.

Well there’s a lot in the video, but the main thing that stuck out for me was that he’s a vaccine conspiracy theorist. He said that transgender disorders and autism couldn’t possibly have come from anywhere but a vaccine. This fucking kid lol.

At the least this seems about the same as breeding dogs and cats with their faces so smashed in they have breathing problems, or other animals that have some bizarre and unhealthy-seeming feature, solely for their appearance, that just seems like a deformity. I might be wrong, maybe they're perfectly comfortable, but it looks so fragile and unprotected. And the way the guy talks about the breeding project, wanting to "see scaleless snakes in pet shops", ehhh... Focusing on weird appearance and profit over the potential health of the animal.
