those submarine cables sure are long, too bad that people depend on it a lot. they might honestly but idk if they will. on paper it sounds like a good idea since they're disconnected asf from the internet,
i've heard that they're planning to switch to their own WAN and Myanmar also has aspirations to do so. attacking submarine cables isn't a new tactic, and i'm aware of atleast one instance of it occuring.
they spend a stupid fortune on the metal wire casing for the cables, retarded sailors with a anchor onboard is enough to make them sneed.
