The creator of this wiki and some others is a "wo"man with the username CuteDress&TwinPonytails who claims to be an "authentic girl"
And there is also this aspie named "CuteButLooksLolita", that is not an admin on this wiki but due to his behavior and what he posted on other wikis linked in the aforecited page it seems to be related with CuteDress&TwinPonytails.
CuteDress&TwinPonytails (I'll be abreviating it as just "TwinPonytails" from this point) posted a, "transgender wiki advocate statement and plea" (Archive) and guess what, CutieButLooksLolita posted a very similar post (Archive) on the Gonna be the Twin Tail Wiki.

Well, searching on CuteButLooksLolita's (I am 98% sure that he does NOT look lolita) page on Comunity Central I discovered that this troon also adopted the Mysterious Girlfriend X Wiki, that's why the main page links to his tranny wikis (Link)
And fun fact, the reason why the Gonna be the Twintail Wiki exists is because CuteButLooksLolita wanted a "proving grounds" wiki to don't mess it up (but he added links to his tranny wikis, well)
And now that we're talking about Gonna be the Twintail Wiki, well... the thing is that Ore Twintail ni Narimasu Wiki already existed when his wiki was created. And to see the diference between those two wikis, just compare the Sōji Mitsuka article on the OTnN Wiki, with the Soji article on the GbtT Wiki. Well, of course this troon is... well... a troon and was disconected from reality and got surprised when he couldn't link his wiki to the Animanga Wiki.

I went to Archive Today to archive this, and the Sōji Mitsuka article OTnN Wiki was from 2020 and the post history shows more than 20 edits, meanwhile the Soji article on the GbtT Wiki was from one year ago, during this time there was only one edit that changed the trivia section to this.
Another fun fact: the GbtT Wiki is labeled as a "fanon wiki" by the Animanga Wiki

This wouldn't be the last time something like this happens, some time later (more specifically on 2021), someone else posted in his menssage wall saying that the wiki should get merged. And this troon decided to tell an user on the Comunity Central named Stygies VIII about it (Link).
I detect multiple problems here: first, the Fandom staff won't delete only becauese a random user suggested it; second, the main reason to keep the wiki alive is just "I believe the character is transgender"; third, Fandom for some reason needs LGBT wikis, as there aren't tons of wikis that are already controlled by troons.
