Why shouldn't we just pave over the ocean?

What the fuck has it ever done for us besides make getting around it a pain in the ass, and being filled with sharks and stingrays that killed the crocodile hunter. What a piece of fucking shit the ocean is, they should be grateful we've allowed the ocean and the shitty asshole creatures that live there to stay around for so long.

China has the right idea, just use it to hold a bunch of trash islands. The ocean has NOTHING of value, except those fucking mollusks that we harvest for medicine, everything else is a nuisance, and I'm tired of acting like it's not. We lost any need for the ocean the moment we could start living on land, all the other creatures can grow some legs or eat shit.
