The ADL (and SPLC) are information laundering outlets for the cathedral and megacorps. For example whenever Google/Facebook/Visa/Mastercard/Twitter want to censor or deny services without the risk of blowback they simply claim to outsource their decision making process to one of these groups while simultaneously backchannelling and coordinating this so-called "independent decision making process". If ever questioned by congress or whatever, they can say they weren't involved in the decision making process.
