dude has kingdom hearts avatar so we already know he is "one of the special" kind
i knew a kid who had his jaw fucked up and he drooled everywhere, but being angry at him was kinda pointless, he cant help it and im sure he doesnt like it as well.
this i think is a similar case but with being a retard
