Why doesn't XenForo automatically thumbnail images?

I'm guessing there's some dumb reason in XenForo's structure that prevents thumbnailing images being automated because it would save a lot of frustration on the parts of Null and the mods telling people to thumbnail their images.

You can choose what to do, if you don't the default behaviour is this.

It's actually built into the code. Whenever you post a picture XenForo scans your hard drive to see if you've been looking at gay porn. If you have, it automatically assumes you want full size images. There's no way around it.

@Null is it possible to make it so that when people paste an image into the message box it automatically is a thumbnail? Not sure if anyone asked that before, but its a little tedious/annoying to have to paste the image, then wait for it to upload, then delete it from the post box and then click the thumbnail thing.

Nobody has ever suggested that before and I have definitely never tried to do it.

If anyone wants to write a MOD that modifies base XF behavior (i.e. won't be overwritten in any update) go ahead
