Politics ruin everything because it's like being a kid and saying "If things were done my way, this wouldn't have happened!" while whining like a bitch about insignificant things.

No one fucking cares of "what if you were on the throne" or if "people had my/this ideology". Proof talks, bullshit walks. It's like the passive aggressive version of calling yourself king/ruler and expecting everyone to agree with you or you'll "execute traitors/disloyal subjects".

People can't STFU about politics anywhere you do. that's why. And they can't tolerate people who don't hold their world view and learn to get along. The news networks feed right into it and so do politicians. None of those people care about you. You're nobody unless you are giving them ratings or votes.

And the college kiddies home for the Holidays need to realise that their 85 year old grandpa is not going to change his political leanings and arguing with him about it on what could be his land Thanksgiving is is a waste of time you may regret when he's no longer around.

Human beings constantly talk and argue about politics because they're all selfish by nature. Everyone wants their say to be the status quo and use politics to justify their selfishness and sense of self-importance as whats "good for humanity as a whole".

The self-important, eternally online, narcasistic, participation generation are just old enough to be able to talk absolute bollox about politics, while thinking they're wisened sages. They don't do it for cred, or power, but for the fantasy that they are king, which is what they believe they are in their mind and how they've been raised.

Mix in that almost all social trends and fads are politically linked or motivated, and you get this shite.

20 years ago everything was Jurassic Park and Furby's. Now it's gays, Trump and furries.

Because politics deals with government and ruling over people's lives. This may sound like libertarian faggotry, but the concept of controlling other people's thoughts and actions is inherently immoral in most cases. This is why politics infests everything, everyone wants the world to be run their way and people to think and act the way they want. People take this shit personally and the concept of freedom of thought and action has been choked in the age of the internet where every thought is policed by subhuman internet faggots on keyboard. Trannies, alt right, commies, they are all symptoms of the same disease - the desire to control the world and fashion it according to their preconceived notions of right and wrong.

Also politics involves government spending and people's money which automatically makes everyone chimp the fuck out.

Any thing infested with politics slides out from its proper center of attention to be replaced by whatever person or ideology wants attention. The original thing has its purpose distorted then/or outright forgotten, only remaining as an exploited, neglected tool of the political originator.
