I know it's mostly black women but I've seen white women get them too. I know they're somewhat expensive, and I've never found them attractive in the slightest. They're just a waste of money to make you look strange and be unable to do basic things with your hands.

I dont like them at all. Each to their own but eve nail polish on my hands makes me feel queasy (I don’t mind short nails with polish in others) , and the long nails I find revolting. Really unhygienic and how can you DO anything? With the amount of things you use your hands for in the day I wonder how people manage. There’s a woman at work who has them, they’re about 5cm long and the sound when she types makes me feel sick.
Nail polish on toes is bearable.
