An extremely 'feminine' man is no closer to being female than a masculine man. An extremely 'masculine' woman is no closer to being male than a feminine woman. There's no spectrum, you are what you are.

Because they are mentally ill. What do you do with mentally ill people with delusions of grandeur? remind them that they are crazy and the real world doesn't work the way they think it does. Also, it's fun.
