Why do the trannies exist in the first place?

Because the medical industry makes more money by giving them a lifelong supply of pills and unnecessary surgeries than telling them to shut the fuck up and go home.

In my opinion there are three types of transgender conditions, each one brought about by different causes.

1. True Transgender

These people genuinely suffer from a mental illness with a biological cause. The exact cause is unknown but they have existed throughout history and in a variety of different cultures and time periods including those which were heavily against transgenderism. They have a biological imperative that drives them to believe they are the opposite sex and are repulsed by their own body. This is likely caused by the typical mistakes made by evolution such as genetic deformities or diseases. These people never truly recover but they are actually the most likely to see some sort of minor alleviation of symptoms by pretending to be the other sex. These people are moderately likely to 41%

2. Psychologically Acquired Transgenderism

This kind of transgenderism is caused by psychological trauma, usually molestation or abuse at a young age. In attempting to find meaning in their life or make sense of trauma they search in vain for something that will "make them feel right". These people eventually get indoctrinated by modern culture into believing they are transgender and that their emotional problems will be solved if they embrace transgenderism. Occasionally people without serious childhood but who suffer from depression, anxiety or a lack of purpose in life will be sucked into the vortex that is the trans cult and embrace the identity in a vain pursuit to escape the emptiness inside of them. This is also a common path that people with autism will take due to their inability to understand themselves or the world around them. These people are the most likely to 41%, especially if they take hormones or have surgery.

3. Transtrenders

Basically 95% of the "non-binary" crowd falls into this category. These are people that don't have an actual biological or psychological cause for being transgender and they don't actually believe they are the other gender. This is a recent cultural phenomenon and is caused by cis(regular) people wanting to get free clout and oppression points after observing how much power troons have over the public now. Oh your a white guy and now your the oppressor? Nope! Now your a non-binary trans person who gets to pretend they are an oppressed minority and make zero effort to try and become the other sex. Some of them may actually make an attempt to exhibit classic transgender behavior such as wearing clothing of the opposite sex but this is only done to "fit in" with the modern liberal agenda which allows anyone to self-identify as an oppressed minority and gain power over others. These people are narcissistic and manipulative and since they don't actually have something that drives them to become something they are not(other then vanity and greed) they are least likely to get hormones / surgery and are the least likely to 41% themselves.

Massive confluence of dysgenics, xenoestrogenic environmental contaminants, absent/inattentive/permissive parents, social contagion, porn induced autogynephilia, meddling from the pharmaceutical industry, moral nihilism, depersonalization from living online, concerted efforts by foreign powers to demoralize and destabilize the west, the vilification of cishet men, grooming by pedophiles, grooming by self-hating liberal "allies", the criminalization of criticism as wrongthink and a whig historian progressive culture that doesn't understand why it's unhappy and constantly searches for "problems" to "fix".

...I think that's everything.

I'm still figuring out how retarded you have to be to believe that putting on a crappy, tangled wig and ugly, mismatched clothing will land you that lesbian hottie who will be dying for your girldick. Is this literally what the egg hatchers are telling them?

They always look so bad. Bad hair, bad makeup, bad wardrobe. But in the mirror they see a gorgeous woman. Mental illness sure is a bitch.
