Why Do Some Internet Users Type Every Word Capitalized Like This?

It's a little puzzling, you'd think that if you're too lazy to learn how to construct semi-grammatically correct sentences, you would also be too lazy to capitalize every word you write.

Maybe they figure if you don't capitalize anything people call you dumb, so if you capitalize everything that must mean everyone will think you're smart..
 
I'm more interested...by the kind of people who type like this...and always like this...what's their deal...? Why would you do this...? It's really weird...
That one I can understand because I used to be guilty of it myself. They’re trying to type how they talk, so to speak, so they attempt to translate spoken things like pauses into text.

I can understand it if someone uses it in dialogue text in a script or a story, but just like the "all words start with a capital letter" thing I just find it incredibly annoying outside of such context. I found myself loosing interest in what was written more than once when encountering those "styles".
