Why do people care about Rekieta so much?

I’m asking since he won lolcow of the year. I remember when his thread was in PG and from what I know about him he’s a lawyer streamer who drinks and said something about a balldo once. To me, that sounds like your average Rumble streamer, but since his thread has nearly 3000 pages now I must be missing something.

What’s the draw?

i will give you the details from the top of my head: he shared his sexual life online with his wife and so on, instead of being a reputable lawyer with a family to feed, he thirstposts and goes full retard and drunk for a catfish, and he managed to piss Null off by calling him while Rekieta was naked with booze in the shower. Shits fucked around this guy.

He got blackout drunk numerous times on stream, effectively abandoned previous perspectives and stances with long rambling incoherent self serving narratives, shoved a bottle up his ass, lied about going to a swinger resort, went to underwear parties at a gay bar, attacked a black comic book writer at the behest of Dax and Vito, defended Riley after Riley was stalking him and was warned by the police at black comic book guys place of work, had a sperg out when black guy called him a “white bread ass nigga”, has had repeated seethe streams about his thread and Josh, is involved in a lawsuit where he openly called someone a pedophile and tripled down, the guy who he defamed has since then raised more money than him crowdfunding, and there’s a lot more.

This isn’t Rekieta having a few bad moments. It’s people being aware of him becoming more parasocial and creepy.

Primo Rittenhouse coverage. He could have been a cool guy with a weird and embarrassing private life, but there's no such thing as a weird and embarrassing private life anymore. It all goes on the jumbotron. I feel a little bad for the dude, even though he brought every ounce of it upon himself.

Is the black guy the Rippaverse guy? If so I’ve heard about him.

Still sounds like pretty typical degen streamer antics to me but I guess the hypocrisy is what does it, from the looks of it.

It's the hypocrisy and his proximity to the farms. He's basically the idubbbz of the sektur, same level of implosion, same level of cuckening. Notably Nick's downward spiral has been much faster too.
The problem is that in order to follow Rekieta's shenanigans you have to wade through hours upon hours of his shitty streams with a mostly uninteresting cast of side characters trying to be funny, which is cringe and a waste of time imo. Or you can just follow the Balldo News Network, but you won't understand the context or the severity of the stupid shit he does unless you're already watching him or at least keeping tabs.

All of this makes him a somewhat tedious cow to follow.

Hence why I just posted here asking for a tl;dr instead. He still doesn’t seem all that funny, but I do recommend people check out the rumble thread if they want to see alcoholics ruin their lives on stream.

I'm being completely honest when I say I personally don't get the appeal of pretty much any of the "lolcows". I have zero interest in being involved with or watching any of these weird looking persons, or even just simply keeping up to date on any of the nonsense that occurs within their daily lives. Unless of course there is an extremely funny Happening or something, but in those cases we have the Features.

I pretty much just come by to hang out with my special kiwi friends and post photographs of cats for all to see.

It’s more the fall and his veiled interaction with his own thread. He’s legit antagonized @Himedall All-seeing Waifu for cataloguing his Locals chat that was full of Fed posting and coomerism.

That’s a huge part of he constantly seethed about his thread. The shower convo with Null is part of that.
