Why do lolcows get ugly ass tattoos?

Tattoos can look and be cool, but you have to take care of them, and you have to put like 10 years of thought into the design, and they cost a decent amount of money and time unless youre getting the first design you thought of from a tattoo artist where you arent getting consultations or some shit and dont have to book a reservation like months out and know a guy who knows the artist.

And sometimes less is more, when it comes to design. You also have to have and maintain your build/figure. Lolcows dont have the executive functioning to pick a tattoo.

i think ugly/bad ones are kind of just a byproduct of tattoos. most people i know with multiple tattoos have a corny or bad one. for instance my cousin has a tattoo of the skoal logo. i have a very cringe and very very gay bands logo tattooed on me. a friend of mine has the fucking playstation buttons on his chest.

Lolcows get tattoos for attention. "Look at me, I got a new tattoo" is a quick way to get attention.
The attention they receive is usually some of the following responses
-"I need to get another one!"
-"Did it hurt?"
-Generic Compliment.
