Why do I cramp up so much?

I keep getting painful abdominal cramps that bring me to my knees. Then when I check my weight daily it fluctuates by 5-10 lbs. Any kiwi mds on the case? Sometimes it feels like my kidneys and I take a hard pee and it's green or looks like limeade.
