Must be a mastiff thing. My old girl hated them and the new one seems to hate them. I use it to my advantage when puppy proofing. This puppy is so ornery when she wants to play.

My Irish Terrier hates them, too, but only when they move. She loves to play with them when they sit still, but if it moves in any way, she immediately runs about halfway across the room and starts raising hell.
